I just got my tires serviced at Lewiston Auto and 3 weeks later I had the same issue with my tires again. I had to have my car serviced at a different Chevrolet dealership because I attend school in a different city, and Lewiston Auto was very willing to work with them and even paid for my car to be serviced and fixed. Thank you Lewiston Auto especially Jeff for being so generous to pay for my tire to be fixed and taking care of everything. You have some really great people working there.
The dealership was absolutely wonderful as soon as I walked in. My experience with Leticia and Aaron was perfect. They worked with my budget to find the right car for me and made sure it looked great before I left with it. The finance process with Brent also was quick yet efficient. I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

Got callback from sales person within few hours. He was nice. Did test drove and made offer. Unfortunately, vehicle sold when called next day. Service facility is ok, they do service fast, but quite expensive.

Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.
Service was completed much quicker than expected. Passenger side airbag was serviced per Honda recall, and multi-point inspection was completed. I did not expect this inspection, but was quite pleased with it.
This is the best dealer I have ever been too! I always stress out so much while shopping for cars. I am in sales, so I know how things work. This makes it even harder for me to be in a high pressure sales environment. My husband and I went to Buick expecting to be stressed out. But let me say, our experience was AMAZING!!!! They were able to do things other dealers couldn't do, as far as a trade in is concerned. Got me into the car I wanted. Broke down all the numbers for us, and showed us the break down. Explained it all in detail. Needless to say, I drove away in an amazing vehicle, at an excellent price. And within a week my husband went back and got himself a vehicle as well! Jerry is the GM there and let me tell you, I will recommend him to anyone I run into looking for a car! We also did business with Layla and John! What amazing people. What an amazing experience! I will never ever purchase anywhere else!
I was greeted and shown a vehicle by Matt today. I must say that he was very pleasant and great to deal with. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I wanted, I really enjoyed his professionalism, his patience, his eagerness to make a deal happen, and his judgement free kindness. Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
Our salesman did a superb job. He made us feel right at home and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions including a lot of new information about the vehicle which we did not know.

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive! We are strongly recommend this dealership.
