Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I started with Andrea in the Internet Sales Dept, she got back to me quickly and with a great price. I showed up and worked with Bill Rhodes(2nd time I have purchased a car from him). He is an excellent salesman and you should ask for him. Overall a great and straight forward experience.
I was looking at the Civics for the last 60 days and going between multiple Honda dealerships. Walked into 1 and left after 30 minutes (still amazed that sales people don't realize that a woman can actually buy a car without a male companion). I started with Maria Almanza in the Internet Sales Dept and got a great eprice on 2 different Civic models. Went in that evening and met with Bill Rieman. Sat in 2 cars and instantly knew which one I wanted. Test drove in the snow and ice that evening and put the deposit down. Came in the next day to finish the transaction.

Even though I knew exactly the car I wanted, Michelle and Bob made sure that all my questions were answered and there were no hidden costs. Michelle was very patient with me in answering all my questions and going for a test drive. Good job of instructing me on all the new bells and whistles!

Bought a certified pre owned Accord Touring car because although we've owned Acura vehicles in past we were disappointed in the new designs and lack of duel exhaust and the horrid "pleather" seats. The fully loaded V6 Touring Accord fit the bill instead and aside from the usual finance guy annoyance (every dealer has to try and squeeze what they can so no blame) the buying experience and sales staff was great. I highly recommend this dealership.
After searching for the car we wanted I found they had the new Odyssey I wanted in stock. Other dealers had the car but would not give me a exact price or wanted me to come in first. I called and spoke to Julio who was able to give me the lease payment I was looking over the phone without the hassle of coming in to get the price first. I live over 30 mins away from this dealer and was able to come and purchase the car later that night. Julio was outstanding and made the process easy. He had the car and paperwork ready to go when I walked in 45 minutes before they closed. We didn't have to go through the process of "come in and we can talk price". They truly understand how people purchase cars today. If you are looking for a great deal without the hassle go there. I also highly recommend Julio to work with. For the third time, I have to wait for 2h 39min. For a simple oil change.They give priority to those paying more expensive services. I've a collection of apologies and free car washes cards. My time is money. Good to improve the waiting area, wrong not being able to provide service in a timely manner. Understaffed, disorganized or just careless costumer service....
