The team at Freedom Honda were attentive, professional and courteous. They made the process smooth, worked to meet our needs, and made sure the entire process was transparent and clear. My only complaints (and they are very minor) was first, there was some pressure to purchase an extended warranty that we weren't interested in. And second, most of the vehicles we saw in the trim we were looking for had nearly $5000 of dealer-installed options on them ??? options we weren't particularly interested in but that we had to accept if we wanted the trim we were looking for.
Tony and Blake was very easy to work with,the deal I received on the truck I purchased was a no haggle process everything I requested they bent over backwards to accomodate my request they gave me more of a trade value than anyone in my home town or other dealership I visited I have been looking for a truck for awhile I saw there web site and I checked out the description of a truck I was looking for it had low miles for the year.It took me awhile to make up my mind to purchase I thought to myself what a great deal I couldn't fine a deal anywhere else around like I am getting I text Tony the salesman and told him I wanted it I researched some recalls on it he put it in there shop and they completed all the recalls on it and replaced the drive line and a u joint in the front suspension caused it had a low and high speed shake Tony did not want me to purchase it with the problems (What honesty) wow and didn't get charged for the repairs.This wouldn't happen at other dealerships they would of charged me for the repairs.I drove about three hours each way to do this deal they even stated they would put me in a hotel for a night or even take the truck home over a weekend WOW and I live in another state one trip to look and test drive back home and then to purchase did all this with a phone call to Blake and text with Tony.Very layed back people they will like I say bend over backwards to make the customer happy.I now think I have true friends in Tony and Blake,and I can also say the service manager was very helpful with the recalls and the repairs and very honest with the condition of the truck and knew the previous owner of the truck said it was a well taken care of unit. I can honestly say without a dought that this is the next dealership you need to check out They have my business now and I am going to tell people about them.
Bryon was attentive, informative and helpful throughout the buying process. He helped me understand all the features and how to use them. When I picked up the car it had all the options for the agrred upon price and was the desired color. Bryon has called to follow up and answered all my questions. This was a positive buying experience and I love my C-HR.

Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! Got my 4th car over the past 15 year there. Tone Hicks and Mark Hammond have always been easy to deal with and always play fair to get the best price and financing. No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive! We are strongly recommend this dealership.
AS WITH MOST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MOHAWK HONDA.
