The entire sales process through delivery were nothing short of extraordinary. This is primarily due to Jason Johnson (aka JJ). From start to finish, JJ was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. The car we were interested in was prepped and waiting for us when we arrived. The test drives were actually fun experiences and he must have answered 100 questions from us. BUT he was so pleasant to work with and never once said "what do I have to do to earn your business". His actions and demeanor are what earned our business. It takes time to purchase a car and he was respectful of the time we needed to make the decision. Prices and trade in value were fair and reasonable and beat the other four dealerships we visited.
