The reason we use resources like Cars.com is to avoid the typical in person experience of buying a new car. I initially emailed SF Honda in regards to a vehicle I saw listed on Cars.com Surprisingly they replied back saying it was a glitch on the website and the vehicle was actually no longer available. I was looking more so for a year older vehicle yet still new. They were prompt to reply and let me know so at least the waiting and wondering wasn't a problem. I replied back and made a straight forward offer on a different vehicle. Surprisingly once again they replied and agreed on it despite me having my doubts. After that replies between emails were prompt. We settled on the price and I came in soon after. Nothing was changed as far as pricing from what was originally discussed in emails. It was a smooth despite long process. The facility is nice with a big space despite being in busy downtown San Francisco area. Parking is difficult but they accommodated me to park in the areas not really designated for the public. I had already came in with a preapproval from my bank, but found it strange I had to fill out another credit check? Almost seemed like they were trying to get me a better rate and to go with their in house lending. I did ask why, but they said it was protocol? I did still end up using my bank. Our sales person Vanessa Velasquez was accommodating and answered my questions that I had presented regarding the additions on the paperwork when it came down to purchasing the vehicle. Overall it was a smooth process and I really have no complaints. The overall staff from our sales consultant Vanessa to the finance manager have a consistent attitude of "straight forward" To some that might not be good enough as some customers want more of the soft happy go lucky attitude. Here at SF Honda, the do signs of it, but not overly done like most dealerships. Again, some will hate it, others don't mind. I personally didnt mind because in the end, it comes down to agreeing on a price. Vanessa was not push on options that I wanted removed. Our finance manager when it came down to almost closing on the vehicle also had to push other add ons which I'm sure they have to do. But did not ridicule or do high pressure tactics when ultimately I declined them. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Probably more professional than personable as I mentioned above with the straight forward attitude. Vanessa did crack a smile every now and then, but she was definitely more passive, which I prefer. While our finance manager who helped on closing and doing all the paperwork was definitely more aggressive. Still, both did not exceed any boundaries to turn things into high pressure sales situation. The facility was clean, very open, which is rare and ironic these days in a city like San Francisco where real estate is usually very tight and small. They have plenty of inventory off site close by. Clean restrooms, and a nice waiting area with coffee machine that you can help yourself with. Our sales consultant Vanessa had actually got us refreshments while we were sitting down with her going over the details. I don't buy new cars often so this is a rare situation, but I had no problem and was satisfied with my experience. San Francisco Honda is very professional. A perk of purchasing here especially if you are coming from out of town is you can spend time in the city.

Purchased brand new 21 sport 2.0 10AT. Very impressed how the car drives on the road. Also impressed with the pep of the 2 liter and 10 speed tranny. Decent safety features. Also love the walk away auto lock and remote start. Infotainment very simple and android auto/ apple car play no issues. The 21 is led headlights both high/lows which make great visibility for night driving. I have 3 complaints. 1 safety and 1 comfort and 1 for paint quality. Not speaking for leather seats but seats in my 2.0 aren't full leather. You might need extra cushions for long trips. As for safety the rear tailights illumination is different on the 1.5 and 2.0 sports compared to the touring tailights. The whole taillight doesn't illuminate hence why alot of people throw aftermarket tailights on their 10th gen accords. Now for paint quality. I'd be very careful buying a pearl paint that Honda makes. They have defects. You can look at seams of bumpers and front of hood the small plastic piece that's the color of car before the hood starts. Terrible paint watch seams of bumpers for bubbling.

I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.

Beautiful car. Very fast in sport mode. Plenty of room. Stereo system is really nice. Fun to drive. Quiet cabin. I had a 2018 and cabin was loud. Much improvement. Rims are awesome. Test one for yourself. Great car.

Great store. I visited 5 Honda dealers in the bay area and had bad customer service at most of them. San Leandro Honda was the exception. Great customer service and I got a great price on my used honda civic. I appriciated their large inventory so I could choose the car I wanted and no pressure from the sales dept. They let the numbers talk for themselves, plus the high quality of the used car inventory was really great also. I did have to get a second key but it was free so that did not bug me.

When I buy a new car, there's usually a process I do. I pick the car I want. I contact between 5-7 dealerships and straight up ask them what the out the door price is. For my current purchase, only 2 out 7 texted me back the OTD price. Most of them wanted me to come in just to talk prices. I live in Hollister, CA, so I don't want to drive to any dealership without knowing that OTD price. Why would I want to waste my time? My hats off to Hadi Noori for giving me that price with his 3rd text back to me. I used this price to try and negotiate a better deal with these other dealerships. They pretty much all scoffed at me when I gave them the price to beat. They pretty much thought I was lying about the quote I was given, but they all sure texted me back today to see how it went today! I arrived today and met with another great salesman, Nelson Tam. He was so easy to deal with. I did a trade-in, and these guys blew my mind on how easy the process was. I hope Nelson's bosses know how awesome he is. Thanks for everything you did today, Nelson. I appreciate all the work you and Noori did. I knew what I wanted, and you 2 made it happen. To anyone reading this review, trust these guys and be amazed like I was today. We had a great experience buying our car with Mark Galvante at Toyota 101. Very professional, approachable, and kind. He was punctual and businesslike all while being kind and laid back, too. A great person to work with when buying a car. We found the car we wanted on the Toyota 101 website and he had it ready for us to drive as soon as we showed up for our visit. I was in a hurry but knew I needed an oil change so I brought my car into Kastner. Since I was running late I had someone else pick me up and I didn't have time to talk very long to the service technicians. They said the oil change and inspection would be about $95 but that they would call me. They called me 10 minutes later while I was on the road and confirmed $95. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick up the car and they had changed my oil checked all the fluids rotated the tires and they were only charging me $75 because they found an online coupon that they applied for me!
