I met with Peter yesterday. From the very beginning, he was very inviting made me and my wife feel very comfortable. I had already known what I wanted to buy. Peter answered all our questions, but more importantly wasn?t pressuring for the sale which was very impressive, after the test drive, we sat down to crunch numbers. My wife and I were not happy with the first round of numbers. Peter reassured us. He was willing to work with us to get the payment that we wanted. After a couple of attempts and a lot of back-and-forth, he made good on his word to work with us and he made us very happy. More dealerships should hire men like Peter. He was very patient well informed and most of all did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process. We are extremely happy with our new car and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again Peter for the amazing service and thank you HONDA for having such great employees who obviously care about the customers that walk in to buy cars.

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I recommend the Honda Accord, and if you are in Central Texas/Greater Austin area, check out Round Rock Honda; ask for Trish and visit with Josh the Finance Manager.

First attempt to purchase a vehicle was unsuccessful. Dealership's price of a vehicle was higher by $3000 because of add-ons that were not disclosed when inquired about price of the vehicle over internet and quoted price was not including the add-ons. After sharing experience with one of the managers, dealership agreed to remove unnecessary add-ons and agreeing on the price, returned to the dealership to complete the purchase. Buying experience went very smooth. No pressure to buy extras. Service was great. Just hope it would be done on the first attempt.

*NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Honda in Roseville is a great dealership. I have used their service department for quite some time now and it?s always the same, top notch service. They look at your whole car to spot any issues which keeps your car on the road. They keep me informed and send photos. I really appreciate this. The service managers are friendly, knowledgeable and explain things clearly. I highly recommend Honda Automall.
