Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Had this car for a month so still experiencing new things. I love everything about the car but the tech is a bit glitchy specifically the cord and Bluetooth connections. Taking a call in the car is a bit of a pain. Drive nice, good gas mileage, overall good experience.

EX coupe, I4 engine, 5 speed manual transmission Bought this car used, traded in a Subaru Forester for it. Had about 125k ish on the odometer when purchased, coming up on 143k now with absolutely zero issues. Had to get the tire sensors replaced and a remote made for it, but I haven't had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Hondas are reliable to a fault, even more so with regular maintenance. I only run Chevron or Shell fuel, and Mobil 1 super synthetic oil to keep things clean. The computer lets me go up to 7k miles between changes! Good thing for me because this is my daily all around the state driver. Sound system is incredible stock, with an 8 inch shallow throw sub in the rear deck. As usual, Honda is known for great power trains, but a fairly cheap interior. No big unless you're looking for a luxury vehicle! Road noise is pretty average for a Honda, can be loud if you're used to Toyota or Chevy. Suspension is a little stiff and clumsy, but again, reliable. Don't expect to take this car off-road unless you want it to complain the entire way 😂 All in all, this is probably the best car I have owned to date. Sporty, stylish, and almost bulletproof. Going to give her a good tune up soon and I plan to have her for years to come!

Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

Ex-l coupe. It’s a honda Comfort, style, quality, affordable to repair and readability. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. 3.5 L engine has more omf. Fun to drive. Ride is a bit ruff but not terrible.

Have been buying cars as a private person for over 50 years, and have never had such a good experience as with Craig Wilson at Gene Pankey Motors in Tacoma. I drove 426 miles to see if the internet deal I was quoted would hold up. It did, and I was a bit surprised, but very pleased with the honesty of this dealer. Definitely recommend!

I was treated with respect and fairness at Car Pros Kia of Tacoma. My sales person Amir, was extremely polite, nice, and made us laugh. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. The finance department Andre (he was also training a new finance person) was upfront about everything. He even asked several times if I was positive about trading my car in, as he didn’t want me to feel pressure from anyone. I was involved in a car accident and my car was totaled. Since I purchased it at South Tacoma Honda in 2015, I opted to return to to look for a replacement. I met John B., when I was in the early stages of deciding what I would buy if it needed to replace my vehicle. I was impressed with his no pressure salesmanship. He listened to my needs, showed me various different models, explaining all my options. In the end, I purchase a 2020 Honda Pilot. I was happy with the service I received from John and am beyond excited at my new car.

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

Purchased brand new 21 sport 2.0 10AT. Very impressed how the car drives on the road. Also impressed with the pep of the 2 liter and 10 speed tranny. Decent safety features. Also love the walk away auto lock and remote start. Infotainment very simple and android auto/ apple car play no issues. The 21 is led headlights both high/lows which make great visibility for night driving. I have 3 complaints. 1 safety and 1 comfort and 1 for paint quality. Not speaking for leather seats but seats in my 2.0 aren't full leather. You might need extra cushions for long trips. As for safety the rear tailights illumination is different on the 1.5 and 2.0 sports compared to the touring tailights. The whole taillight doesn't illuminate hence why alot of people throw aftermarket tailights on their 10th gen accords. Now for paint quality. I'd be very careful buying a pearl paint that Honda makes. They have defects. You can look at seams of bumpers and front of hood the small plastic piece that's the color of car before the hood starts. Terrible paint watch seams of bumpers for bubbling.

I had been doing research on used Toyota Corollas in our area for a few days. They had a nice car listed and I went to look at it. Per KBB it was a little over priced but I thought we could negotiate a better deal. I was helped in the process by Carmen Leota. I brought my wife back a few days later to get her opinion of the car. She liked it but wanted to test drive a Camry for comparison. Carmen check the inventory and found that a used 2012 Camry, close to our price range, had just been brought in and it was in certification. Carman got the car for us so we could test drive it. My wife fell in love with the car. I did a quick KBB while out on the test drive an thought the dealership might be off on their price since it was in the "low" range for retail pricing. Carmen verified the price so we jumped at the deal. Carmen was very helpful, friendly, and professional and the whole buying experience was "NO PRESSURE". So my wife got a new "used" Red 2012 Camry SE with only 24,500 miles for her birthday.

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

In short but honest and simple both gentlemen were polite and straight forward. Much more can't be asked for. Give business to your local economy and let them thrive too.

(For EX-L Couple V6 6MT) Great daily. TLDR, very little other cars give you this much fun without sacrificing functionality, reliability, mileage, or comfort. Doesn't get terrible mileage as long as you don't drive it like a maniac. Put's mustangs and some chargers/challengers to shame. Has a lot of grip, but steering is numb and very light. Has a bit of rev hang. Leather seats are very comfortable, but the suspension is a bit bumpy at times (its not a german luxury car so its not a big deal). Shifter feels a wee bit numb, but cause it has rubber bushings. Manual transmission has very aggressive gearing, 1st doesn't need any throttle at all to get going and can at time start in 2nd, 80mph @ 3000rpm in 6th. E-Brake handle feels super cheap, but it is a honda so o big deal. Doors are nice and long, giving great visibility. Back end looks super sexy. V6 sounds like pure sex, especially at 4900rpm and up (VTEC range), redlines about 7000rpm, has lots of torque so you can pass in 6th on the highway very easily. MPG is listed at 18/28 but you can realistically get a bit more than 30 on the highway if you use cruise control or don't drive too fast (65-75). Back seats fit up to 3 average sized adults for trips not too long, great rearseat room for a coupe. Auto-dimming rearview mirror is a blessing, and blindspot camera (if yours has it) is very useful. Trunk is pretty spacious, with back seats down it can easily fit skis or snowboards and other long but not too wide cargo cause it has a chokepoint between the trunk and the seats which limits width. Handling is great, but you don't get any feedback from the steering wheel and steering is super light (electric pwsteering). Body doesn't roll too much in corners. in my opinion, VERY UNDERBRAKED. Brakes are not nearly big enough for the power this car has. Good for normal use but driving at a track or in Mexico at 100mph+ the brakes fade extremely quickly and lose stopping power, then begin to warp a bit (goes a way after a while but sucks in the moment) I had a couple "Oh xxxx" moments underestimating the brakes due to them being hot. User beware. Get some LED headlights if it doesn't come with any, the halogen bulbs are pretty weak. FCW (front collision warning) is very annoying and too sensitive at the lowest setting so turn that off. ECO mode is absolutely a must, it does NOT limit power it just makes the already sensitive throttle more linear and natural feeling, saving vital MPG during normal driving. Pedals are kind of small so harder to heel-toe in normal or more narrow shoes. You will have to replace tires often cause burnouts are so easy and fun even possible up to 3rd (joking obviously). IF skeptical, BUY ONE! just make sure it was taken care of, but you will have tons of fun while still being able to daily it every day for a trillion miles cause the Honda J35 runs for centuries (the ones without cylinder deactivation). DONT LET FWD DEALBREAK YOU! it still drives and handles amazingly. Conclusion: amazing daily for enthusiasts looking for a good combo of fun, comfort, reliability.

Be aware that this generation of vehicle, due to the aging of the original engines, excess oil may be required to operate this vehicle in between oil changes. Oil changes will also be a more frequent occurrence. This vehicle uses 5W-20 conventional. The first positive attribute of this vehicle is reliability. If the vehicle is taken care of it will last 300k miles and onward. The Accords with manual transmissions are rumored to last longer than ones equipped with automatic transmissions. On a separate side note, Honda is known in the automotive community for reliability. Low maintenance cost is a secondary positive of this vehicle. The second positive attribute of this vehicle is the fuel-efficiency of the 4-cylinder engine. Gets around 25-30 mpg if driven conservatively. Varies depending on the configuration of your vehicle. The third positive attribute of this vehicle is the NHTSA Safety Rating. The driver and passenger side received 5/5 stars in testing, while the side and rollover components of the test received 4/5 stars. The fourth positive attribute of this vehicle is some of its features. Some of the more notable features include the power windows, radio, and the ice-cold a/c capabilities. The fifth positive attribute of this vehicle is the optional towing package you can have installed with a Second-Party installer. The sixth positive attribute of this vehicle is that it is perfect for high school or college students. The seventh positive attribute of this vehicle is the lower insurance rates. Varies depending on multiple conditions. The eighth positive attribute of this vehicle is that it has more luggage space than the Honda Civic. The ninth positive attribute of this vehicle is that the engineers made light maintenance easy to do. All the light components on the vehicle are easy to replace. Filling and draining the oil is easy to perform. As well as replacing the ignition coils if they happen to go bad. Engineers also gave great hand room inside the engine bay. The tenth positive attribute of this vehicle is that the manual transmission variants come with a V-TEC launch gear to ensure you can get up to speed very rapidly. The first negative attribute of this vehicle is the drivability. The vehicle often feels like you are driving a sailboat down the road. The second negative attribute of this vehicle is the 14 active safety recalls. These include the air bags, powertrain, electrical system, steering, and the fuel system. The third negative attribute of this vehicle is that it requires the user to basically fall back into a couch to get in the front seat. Not recommended for plus-sized people or people who have disabilities or conditions that prevent them from entering a car this way. The fourth negative attribute is that DIY Modifications / Additions are not recommended. Honda will void warranties on anything that is not OEM. All aftermarket additions are at risk with their current policy. The fifth negative attribute is the power steering fluid module. Units love to consistently leak and cause the vehicle to have difficulty turning. The sixth negative attribute is a lower towing capacity. The seventh negative attribute is no 4x4. I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

I have had the Honda LX for almost 3 1/2 years now and it’s such a reliable car. It drives good (and I drive it hard may I add) have only had to fix the brakes and roders just a week ago, it does burn oil like crazy and I replaced a couple tires that kept popping but other than that it’s good on gas, a smooth ride, I never plug it in in the winter and may I add it gets to -30 here and it starts every time. My car is all black tinted led lights she is nice to look at beautiful body (model) I like this car out of the 13 cars I’ve had and this is one of the older cars too I’ve had but I just love it for some reason. I would definitely recommend it. I purchased mine for a little over $7600 from a family member did some upgrades to it take good care of it mechanically the inside is always clean (some scruffs here and there as it’s an older car) but I’m sure i could sell it for $5500-$6000. Definitely a good buy and worth it.

Quick and easy. Was able to get me what I wanted and work with me on all hindering aspects. A week later, I am having problems with my car.. I have yet to hear back from customer service after being told by sales they would have them call.

We bought our 2007 Honda Accord as a CPO car in 2010 and have had it for 13 years now. It has the V6 engine, which we found to be very reliable; the engine has never needed a repair. The automatic transmission has also been trouble-free. This is the fastest car I've owned - almost too fast for us now that we're older. Like the 2004 Accord sedan we also owned until recently, this car has been a wonderful value. We have 137,800 miles on the car now, and I really think it will last at least that many more.

Honda of Seattle is top notch. They make buying a car super easy and pleasant, which is usually not the case anywhere else at least from my experience. I felt taken care of I did not feel like they were trying to sell me on anything that I didn’t need. I am so happy with my experience and the car I drove off the lot with! I have recommended them to friends and family and had 2 family members, two friends and one colleague already purchase a car from them and they had the same experience. 5 star dealer!

I purchased a used 2020 Honda Accord Sport and love it. 41 to 48 miles per gallon. Runs and rides awesome. Always wanted one and will stick with Hondas going forward.
