We were very impressed with the service we received. Living in another state we made our deal over the phone. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They also delivered our vehicle right to our front door and took our trade in. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal anywhere you live.

The best car i have ever had.
Never gave me any trouble.
Loved it. I strongly recommend this car.
Its cheap and very spacious. Runs smooth and good on gas.
Pulled in to the service department and was quickly greeted by a service rep. It didn???t take long to get the ball rolling. I was then ushered in to the waiting area and offered something to drink and a snack. After a while I was sent a video of a service tech performing the service routine. It didn???t seem like I was there very long when my Tundra was ready. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I???ll be back.
Super sweet ride, great value certified preowned.

Reliablility was first priority. Style and technology was huge bonus for me. Ride is comfortable, rear and side cam awesome. Car buying process was smooth after much anticipation of stress turned into best experience. Im very happy right now!😊
I can’t praise enough the service department from Southwest Honda and in particular service manager Steve Parrish: He saved our vacation and more. On a Wednesday in July my wife and I were driving from Plano, TX to Denver, CO to visit our daughter driving our 2003 Honda Odyssey when just before Amarillo our transmission ‘blew up’. We had it towed to Southwest Honda. A new transmission + labor would be about $5900. Originally agreed to it, and we got a nice Honda CRV as loaner car to continue our (3 day) vacation in Denver. But next morning I called Steve Parrish and explained that this was too expensive for us, especially because the car had 161k miles and I was ‘between jobs’. He diligently went looking for a second hand one but only found one with 144k miles. So he suggested to have a company specialized in rebuilding transmissions have our transmission rebuild. That would be less than half the prize. But the car could not be ready before we drove home from Denver to Plano,TX. Without hesitation he offered to keep the loaner car and take it home. Today (3 weeks later) the car was finished by the transmission rebuilding garage and my wife drove this morning to Amarillo to swap the loaner car with our Honda. Steve then took my wife to the garage who rebuilt the transmission. Cost (payable to the transmission workshop): about $2750. Cost charged by Steve Parrish: ZERO, NADA, ZILCH, NOTHING! Even with ALL the effort he did for us and using the loaner car for almost 3 weeks and 1600 miles. AMAZING. Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude. I consider to drive all the way from Plano, TX to Amarillo if we are in the market for a new Honda. Kudos, Steve and Southwest Honda.
I’ve had the car since early Dec, 2018

So far it’s a wonderful car. I replaced a 2004 CRV that I had purchased new. If this car performs as well as the CRV - I’ll be delighted. I had a Honda for 14 years and it was the best car I’ve ever owned.
They were honest and helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over my 50 years. I have bought from other dealers in Amarillo and around the State of Texas. I will not make those mistakes again. I am totally sold on Brown Auto Group. Don't get suckered into wasting time elsewhere. The Brown experience and service is top notch.

This car is very reliable , good on gas , transmission feels brand new , seat are very comfortable , engine never had problems .
From the receptionist to the mechanic, Brown GMC is a Company worth trusting. The salesman is their from meeting you to selling you your vehicle of choice and going beyond his duty. Even as far as to wish you Happy Birthday. They care about your vehicle maintenance issues being taken care of. They also accepted my input of what could be wrong. Gotta Love this place.
Nice Car just be careful about the Transmission

I have personally owned this vehicle for the past 13 years. The Transmission needed to be rebuilt around 126,000 miles currently I have 150,000 miles on her. Earlier this year I needed to replace the timing belt and water pump. Also, around 130,000 I needed a valve job. Last month repainted the vehicle on 3 stage after numberous Macco paint jobs.
