Anna Kendrick was the Sales representative that helped us with our selection. She was very sweet and well Knowledged about the CRV and the different programs they had to offer. Marty Kendrick and Connie Grabowski were professional, kind, patient in explaining the process & what to expect. Mr. Kendrick took the time to explain the vehicle options & to ensure that I received what was expected. Similarly Ms. Grabowski ensured that I made an well informed decision regarding add-ons and financing. So far no surprises (great car, great service) beyond how comfortable a car-buying experience could be!
Really enjoying my new car. It is roomy and a delight to drive. I did need to wait to get the model, color etc. for a few weeks to get it, but it was well worth the wait. Scott kept me informed regarding its delivery schedule. The car I selected was on a transporter which took a little longer than expected. Fortunately I was not in a situation where I needed a new vehicle immediately. Scott answered all my questions and was very patience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We found everyone at Bratt. Subaru to be knowledgeable fun and very easy. We worked mostly with Ian and Laura. Can't say enough good things about them both. When I unexpectedly needed a new car asap, Zach found exactly what I was looking for. Within 24 hours of putting down a deposit over the phone, Zach had my car delivered to Brattleboro and ready for pickup. He was pleasant to work with and helped me get the pricing I needed. When I came to pickup my car, the paperwork was all set to go and with a few signatures, I was on the road in my new car in about an hour or so. Highly recommend Zach and Brattleboro Subaru!!

I went to Brattleboro Subaru because I was looking to trade my Forester in for either a crosstrek or outback. My sales associate was Zack. He was excellent and took time while I drove both cars. I really wanted a black SUV and at that this they did not have one on their lot. Zack did call me when he located one and instead of me driving back to Vermont, he had a runner deliver the car to me.
I worked with Stephen and Dustin from Keene CJD and they were very professional and acted on everything they said they would. I drove 2 and a half hours to purchase this truck I found online. It took a total time of an hour to complete the deal and they delivered the truck to me in CT. How great is that. I definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. Great team.
I called them up days prior to my visit and they walked me through everything and had my paper work and vehicle ready for when I arrived. The vehicle I wanted was in exceptional condition and well priced. My representative’s name was Tanner and he was beyond helpful. He was polite and very informative. They delivered my car at no cost to me. I called him up days after I received my vehicle and Tanner ON HIS DAY OFF, was still able to help me with my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place and make sure you get Tanner. You can’t go wrong!
I have been a Bedard customer for more than 20 years having bought 12 Honda vehicles. Up until my most recent acquisition, the dealership has been nothing but superb. Now that the manager has left, the experience last year was less than stellar. I did write to the owner about my disappointment. While the owner did respond, it was without much satisfaction. But I have to say the service department continues to be top notch. I've worked with Service Advisor Heather Bialas prior to yesterday's service. She greeted me by name. Was straight forward on what would be done and then when the car was serviced, explained one of the problems in great detail. With employees like Heather, I will continue to have my Honda vehicles serviced at Bedard.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have had my luxurious mini- van for a week now and I love the way it drives, the interior, the sound system. Austin was a fabulous guy to work with. I changed my mind as I went through the purchase process and he consistently worked with me to find my perfect match!! He was honest, reliable, never pushy, just professional and helpful. Since I live out of state, the dealership accommodated me by providing a loaner vehicle until the purchase was completed, then driving my gorgeous new car to me in the pouring rain. Poor Peter got stuck at NY DMV for 2 hours and almost got struck by lighting putting my new plates on.... Austin met me half way in the Berkshires to sign all of the paperwork once I got my bank's financing, so I would not have to make. Another trip to them.. all of the staff at the dealership were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about Austin - he really worked for me to locate exactly what I wanted.. I will always work with this dealership - They rock!!!!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
