I bought a used 2015 Nissan Altima, totally, over the internet from Lucy Skirvin at Dodge Country Killeen. She was very patient (emails) and handled all the necessary paper work and financing. I bought the car, sent her a credit card deposit and the next day arrived at Dodge Country to finish the deal. I was met in the parking lot by Raul Rivera and he had reserved an upfront parking space for me. Then less then 30 minutes later I was in the finance mgrs. office signing the deal. Since I live 98 miles from Killeen, Raul got Christopher Rodriquez and Nick Schroeder to follow me home and deliver my car! Dodge Country made me feel like a VIP and I have never been treated so professionally at a car dealership. I will surely buy my next car from Dodge Country, Killeen and recommend others experience this dealers Pro Customer Service. This Dealership has set the bar very high for other Dealers to match there style!

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.
I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and it has always been something I dreaded. Kimberly made it all so easy, and so comfortable with no pressure at all. The best car buying experience I've ever had!

The vehicle had good power for a smaller engine and provided surprising efficiency. The ride was acceptable even on long journeys. Shifting through the gears was smooth.
Very impressed with the level of proffecinalisim of the sales lady Nicky and also Paige the finance director, both Nicky and Paige went out of their way to accommodate me and my wife.

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.

The Honda Accord has won so many awards over the years for a reason. Just as you would expect from any midsize Japanese sedan, the value is hard to beat. The exterior styling is modern without being overachieving. Personally I think all the chrome accents give Accord an upscale touch. The interior is very well laid out with all the controls in intuitive places (I own the LX model which doesn't have the touchscreen audio controls). The materials are a good mix, neither feeling too cheap but definitely won't be confused for a luxury sedan. Gas mileage is great. I live in Philadelphia where there is either a stop sign or red light at every block, so my city gas mileage is nowhere near the EPA estimated (I'm lucky to get 17 mpg in center city Philly), but on the highway, especially on longer drives, it will achieve over 40 mpg in eco-mode (over a 600 mile range on a full tank). However, this isn't to say the Accord is without its shortcomings. The voice controls seem to be very difficult to operate and it never understands what I'm saying. The cabin is not well isolated from road and wind noise at highway speeds. Despite being one of the better CVT transmissions I've driven, the shifts can be a bit untimely and unpredictable, particularly on twisty and hilly roads. All in all, every time I ride or drive in another modern midsize sedan, I'm still convinced the Accord is better.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
Max Delouche did an excellent job of helping us find the right vehicle in our price range. Gave great customer service. He will get our future business.

I love this car. I own the base model (LX) So it doesn’t have some of the fancy features, but it’s all I need and more. It’s very smooth and has great pick up for a four-cylinder. The sport mode comes in handy when fighting traffic. Cosmetically, I wish the LX version had the LED strip lights, larger rims, and tinted windows. But All these can easily be added for under $1000. The reason I gave four stars under comfort is because I am 6’4” and wish I had just about 2 more inches of legroom. But that’s hardly the car’s fault. im quite used to it.
This car met all of my needs in the areas of comfort and safety. The back up camera is better than most (very large clear screen), a USB port in the console, CD player, daytime running lights/fog lights. It's sporty and has dual exhaust that make it a peppy 4 cylinder when needed.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This my tenth Honda that I’ve owned. I’ve got three problems with this sport trim. From bad to worse it goes as follows;
•1-there’s this grinding rotating annoying front wheel noise.
•2-there’s this awful wind/road noise that’s seeping in from the window and/or door area.
•3-front seats are extremely uncomfortable.
I only have 11k on this vehicle.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

One of the most dependable cars I've ever owned, very comfortable very friendly located features.
Drove it on quite a few long trips and enjoyed the complete trip.
Almost every vehicle I have ever had I got from Shelley's. These people have always exceeded the expectation I have had doing business with a used car lot. If there was ever a problem with the vehicle they were willing to help get the issue resolved. They strive to not have any disgruntled customers what so ever. I think this has helped contribute to the growth of there lot over the years. I know it is not possible for everyone across the united states to drive to there lot when inquiring or purchasing one of there vehicles. However if you are able to skip the online stuff and speak with them in person. The absolute best group of people I have ever known. If they don't have what you want all you have to do is tell them what you are looking for and they will help you find it. Even if you just want to stop by the lot and talk to the guys about different cars I would highly suggest Shelley's. A great family doing there best to provide great service!

It is the best car I ever owned, in every respect it is the perfect car, performance, fuel economy, comfort, durability, interior and exterior design.
The salesman, Mr. Micheal Williams was excellent in finding what I wanted in a Used Subaru. He was very patient and was able to find what I was looking for. He over did himself by looking up items, bringing cars for me to try, explaining the details of the car and what it had to offer. I came back twice to him to know that he would find what I was looking for. The only negative experience with the dealership was when the managers would talk down to him, for something he didn't do. Otherwise they did work with me with their prices and wanted to make sure I was pleased.

This is the kind of car you can drive to any occasion, great comfort, gas mileage, etc... definitely one of my all around top rated vehicles.
We have bought several cars here over the years, but most recently we found a great Hyundai Sonata for my daughter. Great sales force and very simple, easy process. Highly recommend.

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
Tony worked with me to find a CRV that met my desires and needs. Not easy to do. I entered with specific criteria for the car I wanted and I left with a car that had not just the things I insisted upon but also the things I wanted for a price that I was happy with. Facilities not that great as seating was either counter high tables and chairs or very low sofa and chairs. These are not great for retired people with arthritis. Also, AC broken in half of the building.
TERRIBLE. DONE. WITH HONDA.

Every winter I have the same problem. The car won’t start. I am so done. Terrible purchase. Will not make this mistake ever again. Do not waste your time money and energy.
Believe it or not, it's been 16 years since my husband and I purchased a brand new vehicle! Needless to say, all the modern bells and whistles were more than just a little overwhelming. Felicia was very patient about answering our many questions and did not pressure us when we told her we had to go home and think about our decision. Brian was also very nice when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle. One thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was I feel that we were rushed through the delivery process as we were the last customers of the day. Overall it was a good experience.

Very roomy in the back. Great handing and mpg. Very reliable. It’s my 6th Honda and I have the Oddessey and Pilot too. I have to say the sedan’s armrest are lacking compared to the other two models.
