Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !
I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. If you ever go to McGrath Chevyland asked for Nick Gordon he will help you and treat you good.
a preface: I hate car buying experiences in general as have had bad experiences the last 30 years. Given that, I was really glad to have gone here (the salesman Breck in particular) to make it a non stressful event for me this time, and also my previous purchase also a few years ago. Price was really good and no haggling needed nor desired on my end. I dont usually do surveys of any kind, but I would recommend this dealership for sure.
My letter from Honda said the airbag recall service would take "approximately forty-five minutes". I was called to pick up the vehicle six hours and forty minutes after leaving it. I waited over one hour for a shuttle ride before finding alternate transportation.
The salesman was great and worked with us. The problem came up when we were told that a specific problem was fixed and it had not been. They promised someone would call me to talk about it but they did not. They could have been more forthcoming.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I approached Tre Kinney using Cars.com and he answered my questions promptly and provided the documents that I requested. He was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle that I tested and anything that he did not know he refused to give us an answer on so as to avoid putting his foot in his mouth or just giving us what we wanted to hear, I respect this approach and it made me trust him more. We arrived in the evening (an hour before close) and when it came time to negotiate (dealership closing time) he sat with us and was patient in the approach. We counter offered three times and ultimately struck a deal. Tre and Carousel were willing to negotiate on the spot and were receptive to the reasoning behind my offer. Ultimately I got the deal I wanted and I am sure they got the deal they wanted. Win-win. Also a shout out to Chad in financing for sitting down and answering our questions. Highly recommend Tre and hope he does well at Carousel.
I bought my car from Skip and he was the best. Very easy to get along with and the whole process was smooth. This was my first time buying a car and everyone was so helpful. I recommend to everyone now.
