I have got to say buying a car from Dave and the folks at the car connection was by far the best buying experience I have had!!
no pushy salesperson, no wasting time. they let me go to the car i liked
asked if i wanted to have a look inside, Dave got the keys, told me a little bit about it, asked if i would like to drive. test drove it and loved it and made the deal without any hassle whatsoever!! they even let me drive off with my new car on a sunday when all banks and credit unions are closed

Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
We picked up our car tonight! The process was a little complicated but they made it seamless. They were very accommodating and helped us to achieve the purchase of our new car. The car was detailed and very clean when we picked it up. They were very informative and we felt like we had all the information we needed to complete the transaction. We would recommend them! Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.
I made an appointment in advance (which I recommend), and I received on-time service. Damian was my service representative, and he was both professional and kind. When the service was complete, he reviewed the service record of all the things they did and checked. He was clear in his explanations and patient with my questions. Service was completed within the time estimate I was given at the beginning. Also, thanks for the free exterior car wash that you provide -- it always feels good to drive away with a clean car in good repair.
I came to the dealership knowing I wanted an electric vehicle of some kind but with limited knowledge Dax was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right car for us. The dealership made the sale go smoothly which is a rarity in my experience. We are very happy overall with the whole operation.

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
Great dealership. No pressure, didn't get swarmed by salesman, and was very fast during the whole process. I'm in love with my new 2018 Honda civic. Cal was awesome and Tim was great! I would definitely buy there again!!!

Have a long very satisfying relationship with Honda of Kirkland. Stopped by last week to just take a look at the used Honda Accords available. Met Jin Sato, looked around and ended up purchasing a used Honda Accord that same day. He was very efficient and honest and took very little time to complete a fair deal. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
