Service was completed much quicker than expected. Passenger side airbag was serviced per Honda recall, and multi-point inspection was completed. I did not expect this inspection, but was quite pleased with it.
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!
Kory seems like a good guy. But I was really surprised how little Fairfield was to work with me on price / financing / etc.... considering my family has bought a few cars there and I know people in the area. Mind you, per KBB we got a fair deal on the 2015 Pilot. Hopefully it lasts us! But most of all I was very disappointed in the fact we got one key and that was not disclosed to me ahead of time: We need at least 2 keys and would prefer an additional valet key. But 2 keys is standard and I think it was intentionally kept from us. I would very much appreciate a $200 refund so I can have keys made.

Salesperson (Travis) was great: friendly, responsive to messages, and right to the point with no unnecessary back and forth on pricing. Easiest and most stress free purchase from a dealer that I've ever had. Service department was the opposite, I was pretty dissatisfied. Impossible to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which left me covering the entire cost to fix some minor issues myself that would have otherwise been converted under warranty -- had I been able to get the car in to them to have them work on it in a reasonable amount of time. Lack of after-the-sale service ruined an otherwise positive experience for me at this dealership.

Service Department is awesome. Sales Department was terrible. I ended up purchasing a Pilot Elite at Faulkner due to Sales person perception that I wasnt buying. Lost a sale but gained a service customer.
Like a lot of people buying a car is not at the top of our list of fun things to do, but Rob and the staff at Fairfield make it as easy as possible. This is our second car purchase from Fairfield Honda and Rob Olmo helpled us out on both of our purchases.
we had a slow leak for over a week. low tire pressure would come one, we would add air and then recalibrate. I called early Tuesday morning and said this was the only day I had off and they had me in at 2:30 same day. Within an hour the tire was fixed and we were happily on our way. The service guys are always pleasant and informative about what is occurring.
Great service, nice staff who greeted is at the door. Staff was familiar with inventory and features of vehicles, and easily able to get vehicles from nearby dealers. Good financing staff who were very friendly and gave NO PRESSURE. Legitimately interested in our satisfaction and got us the best deal possible.
I was looking to upgrade my current vehicle with a newer model of the Ford Escape. I found the vehicle I was interested in on Fairfield's website.....came in, test drove it and took it home the same day.
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)

Searched online for used truck they had one close to my price range worked with Stephen internet sales . He answered all my question s and negotiated a good price . Went to take on test drive worked with Steve in sales who was also very helpful .Bought the truck process was in a very timely fashion. Emailed with couple questions several days later replied same day . experience was very pleasant
