As soon as the vehicle reached 3k miles, the starter died. Three months later, the water pomp died. A year later, the battery gave up. In very cold temperature, it seems like when I turn the heat on, it affects the general performance. Vehicle is mainly used to commute to short trips to work and nothing heavy! So far it has 44k miles.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
The service staff come out to greet me as I pulled into the service department. They all were courteous and addressed the problems I had with my SUV. It is rare to go to a service department and be greeted as you come in. You usually have to go look for someone to help you. Great job Service Department. Excellent Team Work

So far it’s a wonderful car. I replaced a 2004 CRV that I had purchased new. If this car performs as well as the CRV - I’ll be delighted. I had a Honda for 14 years and it was the best car I’ve ever owned.
They were very patient! Hung out with us during the long paper work process. Better pack a lunch box take a while and I found my best car here.

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
One day I was up on a hill I saw dull markings all across the top on both sides except in the middle. Manager said they were caused by the wind! Several other people confirmed the marks were made by a buffer including a paint shop so I stopped going to Mission Valley Honda. After two years my car developed a major problem so I went back to them and discovered there were all new people in the service department which made me very happy. The old ones always though I didn't know what I was talking about. My service person was Joseph De La Cruz. He was great. Very attentive, through and patient. He listened to all my concerns. He kept my car so he could order new parts and old parts could be removed so the car could be repaired the next day. He arrange for me to be taken home and picked up when my car was ready the next day. He made sure my car was ready in time since I needed the car. He is very knowledgeable and never gave me the run around. I highly recommend Joseph. He has restored my faith in Mission Valley Honda to take care of my 2004 Pilot!

It’s the most reliable comfortable best acceleration for a four-cylinder car I’ve ever owned. I loved it and would’ve purchased a new one except for my business I needed a truck.
They were amazing. Everyone was super kind even called us back when they got a car that they knew would work better for us. Kept working with us even after we got a car.

Just very good dependable transportation that just needs gas and an occasional oil change.Sometimes I wish I had an Accura , but the old Honda Accord does everything you want an automobile to do without nickel dime you to death. ,Very dependable car that still drives and looks new just like the day we bought it!

As I’m sure you know, the Honda Accord has made quite the reputation for itself. After driving it for over a year now I understand why. So far I’ve had no issues except replacing the battery and brake pads (but that’s pretty standard with ANY vehicle, things wear out). I’ve put over 45000 miles on it in 1 year (I uber and travel a lot) and she still rides as smooth as day one. Can’t go wrong with an Accord.
Front the start working with Jordan Hiller, to the exit, where they made sure to give new tires because they were worn more than compliance, this was a great experience. Thanks, Jordan!

This car met all of my needs in the areas of comfort and safety. The back up camera is better than most (very large clear screen), a USB port in the console, CD player, daytime running lights/fog lights. It's sporty and has dual exhaust that make it a peppy 4 cylinder when needed.
I've leased other Mercedes-Benz models before, but this was by far my best experience ever. Enrique made everything so easy. Thank you so much I will be back again.

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.

If you love driving and don’t care how perfect get into the back seat, get this car. It just screams fun. It comes with a 6 cylinder and I think the HP is around 300hp. It’s so light and with the hp it F.......flys. Don’t get me wrong there are faster cars out there but it’s budget friendly and has the quickness and finishing that makes not care it not a Audi or BMW. Honda quit making the coup and I hope they come to there senses and make them again cause I’m first in line

I love this car. I own the base model (LX) So it doesn’t have some of the fancy features, but it’s all I need and more. It’s very smooth and has great pick up for a four-cylinder. The sport mode comes in handy when fighting traffic. Cosmetically, I wish the LX version had the LED strip lights, larger rims, and tinted windows. But All these can easily be added for under $1000. The reason I gave four stars under comfort is because I am 6’4” and wish I had just about 2 more inches of legroom. But that’s hardly the car’s fault. im quite used to it.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival.
Chuck Cruz was very friendly, a pleasure to deal with.
The work was completed faster than expected.
