Sales associate Jim Timpson was friendly, helpful, professional. Arranged for a test drive. Provided online quote. We are happy with our new vehicle, got a price that was acceptable. Transaction was fast and convenient.
Started sales process and left dealership after not getting price I wanted. Couple hours later they called me and general manager stepped in to make an offer that was acceptable to my wife and we purchased the vehicle.
Greg and Devyn are both wonderful. Greg has so much knowledge and experience that he made us feel right away that we were in the best of hands. We especially liked that he wasnt pushy and he spent a great deal of time making sure that we were truly satisfied. Devyn was top notch too. An expert at helping us old fogies with the fancy new technology, and just as patient, efficient and pleasant as can be. Both were exemplary, and we can assure you, you wont be disappointed.

We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.

but this place deserves the five star review, i went there with my daughter looking for a car so she can start collage and we were greeted by louis.. and he was not pushy or trying to put us in something we didnt want , he was very patient, polite , plus we had a few laughs .. the vehicles were all clean and ran very well. finaly we settled in an acura TL that even i fell in love with. i was there to help co sign if needed and the finance manager CHAD did great, he put her in a first time buyers program and didnt need me to co sign ! my daughter and i smiled all the way home.. i am glad to have found such a great dealership and would never go anywhere else ! thanks guys
I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. Overall I am satisfied with this buying experience and I would highly recommend if anyone's looking for a new or used vehicle to go on down and leave what you want!
