This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!

If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.
My car has a recall, itissoftwareupdate, Iwan came to me quickly, tells me the details including schedule, after the job done, the car get cleaned up, he also follow up and see if anything wrong, good job!

Ivan was excellent, understanding, and listened to all of my concerns. He helped me prioritize the maintenance because I could not afford all recommended maintenance and we developed a plan to tackle remaining maintenance at the next visit. He even showed me how to change my own air filter to save a few bucks on labor. That type of customer care and the excellent customer lounge is why I drive across town to get my oil changed.
It took very little time for me to realize that this was the best Honda Dealership in the area. I was being pursued by all three in the area in regards to my interest in a.new car. The others who tried to solicit their services (competing dealerships) paled in comparison and even used sub par tactics that only confirmed more that I had come to the right place. Nik was knowledgable and friendly and I really sensed was just interested in helping me get exactly what I wanted and a plan that fit my needs. He and Holden both excelled at customer service, timely updates and thorough search for a car that was perfect for me. I am both pleased and impressed by the staff at First Texas Honda. Made me want to work there!
Service appointment was dealt with professionally. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. He indicated that the service might take awhile due to many cars ahead of me. Car was ready sooner than expected.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
