Overdue review, but I purchased a used vehicle late in 2017 and I had a pleasant and very positive experience throughout the purchase process and for my first follow up visit. Specifically, during the preliminary stages, I dealt with a sales rep and the owner directly. The entire staff were very professional, timely, and accommodating to my busy schedule. When I returned a few weeks later with a maintenance issue and questions, I dealt with the Service Department and they were awesome as well. I'm glad to return to the BMW family!

I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.
We drove 820 miles 9.5hrs to buy a car and the car had flaws to it like body repairs and bad shocks no key fob horn didn’t work rear heat didn’t work but the sales team moved on the price to make it work for me the price I was interested in paying with all the repairs I would have to do I got a great deal and drove it home with no problems staff was friendly I will look at purchasing another vehicle from here when I’m ready to make a purchase A+++++++ to the staff
The customer service was good in the beginning; however they never contact me about the price range of a used car I was looking for like they said they would.
