I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I ended up with a brand new upgraded car and lowered interest rate. Every person I came in contact with was professional, personal and had my best interest at heart. This dealership makes the experience of purchasing a car enjoyable instead of a hassle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
When going into a dealership there always seem to be a feeling that you may get taken. I know this isn't everywhere but it seems to be the norm. Toby listened to my issues and made sure I understood everything that I told him. He also put it on the repair order that way so the technician would understand what I explaining. They performed my service promptly and found what I was complaining about and then he contacted my warranty company for the ok. I did bring my vehicle back 2 days later for the repairs and the experience was exceptional. Thank you
I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.
After months of searching, this is where I finally found my dream car! Sales rep Michael was a ton of fun during our test drive and made me feel really comfortable in the car and answered all necessary questions. The sales managers were patient with me while I spent most of the afternoon making my decisions and consulting others for input. The detailing team made great work of my car when I asked for a pretty major transformation in taking off all the plastidip that the previous owner applied all over the car. All in all I trust this team and am so excited to have my new car.
We did some pre-negotiations before we got to the dealership and expected a bait and switch. Non of that! And Adrian was awesome to work with and made it so much easier. We had to leave in a rush after buying the car and he made sure we came back at another date to make sure we knew how all the technology worked. It was so much easier working with someone we feel we could trust.

Our salesman Mike could not have been more patient and accommodating. We had changes several times and he produced our requests as a polite and accompanying sales person. He found us the perfect vehicle after we finally made our choice. He encouraged us to contact him as we have questions of the things our new vehicle offers. We were comfortable and confident with his knowledge of the product and will recommend him should we have the opportunity. We are Superstition customers !!!
I have been coming to this dealership for years to service my car. Experience has always been very good. Now in purchasing a new vehicle, my experience was also excellent. Mr. Lacy was very friendly and excellent to work with.
I was caught in an unfortunate situation with my previous vehicle. Mike L. and Roger in finance helped me make it work. I appreciate their patience with the process and helping me get into a safer and more reliable vehicle.

She is willing to walk you thru every available car in your range, and then fights for you to get the best deal possible!! And while she's taking care of your paperwork, the rest of the office comes over to offer you a beverage and to just chat and make sure you're comfortable!! They do NOT attack you as you come thru the door, but will bend over backwards to help you with any needs or concerns. I just cannot say enough about what an amazing experience this was for me! Lisa is a rockstar!!
