Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Larry Davis, was the best. He worked with me on buying my first car. He went the extra mile for me to get me into a hummer h3. I'm so grateful for his work, lol although when I went to pick up the h3 they couldn't find the keys. I recommend LD to anyone buying a car.

I traded in my 2018 Accord in for a 2022. One week later, I asked for my car back. 2018 far more a BETTER Car. Last Honda of 1 I will own.

Ex-l coupe. It’s a honda Comfort, style, quality, affordable to repair and readability. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. 3.5 L engine has more omf. Fun to drive. Ride is a bit ruff but not terrible.

Over the last 8 years my 2015 Honda Accord has been with me through it all. It is up to 175k miles and has never once given me any kind of mechanical issue. It runs as well today as the day I bought it. 10/10 score for reliability. The interior is very spacious and comfortable. People are always so surprised by how roomy it is in the back seat. The trunk is also very spacious and can fit more than you'd expect to fit in a sedan. I think the dash design looks very sleek and modern, even by today's standards. The back up camera is clear and works wonderfully. Although it is missing some of the features that come with newer models, I find the screen controls and media settings to be easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I would say this car is the best I have ever owned and it has made me a Honda customer for life. At this rate, I won't be replacing it anytime soon. But when I do, I will be heading straight to the Honda dealership.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

Be aware that this generation of vehicle, due to the aging of the original engines, excess oil may be required to operate this vehicle in between oil changes. Oil changes will also be a more frequent occurrence. This vehicle uses 5W-20 conventional. The first positive attribute of this vehicle is reliability. If the vehicle is taken care of it will last 300k miles and onward. The Accords with manual transmissions are rumored to last longer than ones equipped with automatic transmissions. On a separate side note, Honda is known in the automotive community for reliability. Low maintenance cost is a secondary positive of this vehicle. The second positive attribute of this vehicle is the fuel-efficiency of the 4-cylinder engine. Gets around 25-30 mpg if driven conservatively. Varies depending on the configuration of your vehicle. The third positive attribute of this vehicle is the NHTSA Safety Rating. The driver and passenger side received 5/5 stars in testing, while the side and rollover components of the test received 4/5 stars. The fourth positive attribute of this vehicle is some of its features. Some of the more notable features include the power windows, radio, and the ice-cold a/c capabilities. The fifth positive attribute of this vehicle is the optional towing package you can have installed with a Second-Party installer. The sixth positive attribute of this vehicle is that it is perfect for high school or college students. The seventh positive attribute of this vehicle is the lower insurance rates. Varies depending on multiple conditions. The eighth positive attribute of this vehicle is that it has more luggage space than the Honda Civic. The first negative attribute of this vehicle is the drivability. The vehicle often feels like you are driving a sailboat down the road. The second negative attribute of this vehicle is the 14 active safety recalls. These include the air bags, powertrain, electrical system, steering, and the fuel system. The third negative attribute of this vehicle is that it requires the user to basically fall back into a couch to get in the front seat. Not recommended for plus-sized people or people who have disabilities or conditions that prevent them from entering a car this way. The fourth negative attribute is that DIY Modifications / Additions are not recommended. Honda will void warranties on anything that is not OEM. All aftermarket additions are at risk with their current policy. The fifth negative attribute is the power steering fluid module. Units love to consistently leak and cause the vehicle to have difficulty turning. The sixth negative attribute is a lower towing capacity. The seventh negative attribute is no 4x4. Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Bought new 2018 Honda accord hybrid 1. Mpg using paddles 59mpg highway and 109 mpg city must pay attention to your driving left paddle slow down when stop light off sign. When cruising on highway off ramp again use left paddle to slow down. Charging battery works great. 2. Electronic gear control yea you have to get use to using it. It’s futuristic if you can learn new things. 3. Linking with Apple phone is easy and listening to YouTube on long trips is perfect through Bluetooth car speakers sounds great. 4. Michelin Tires that come with car wore out early. Michelin honored warranty replaced with climate 2 tires are the best in wet/snow. 5. If you take care of your Honda like an airplane you never will have problems except for being old like me warring out. 6. Ps always buy extended manufacturers warranty zero ded is very cheap with honda because they don’t brake down. This gives you a higher value when selling later on. I pray this help anyone that buys a honda hybrid accord.

This is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, which is saying something because I previously had 2 different BMWs (which were fun to drive at first but quickly turned to huge headaches). I have a 1.5t Sport and this car is surprisingly fun for the little engine and CVT. In Sport mode, it even sounds way meatier than it should. Highway driving is smooth and serene, and the LKA and adaptive cruise make road trips a pleasure. Gas mileage is also impressive for a larger car - just got back from a 1300 mile road trip and averaged about 35mpg. Still love the look of the car - the sport wheels add a lot to the sport back look of the car. The climate controls do weird things sometimes and I wish there was a trunk release on the trunk, but my gripes are minor. I’ve had oil changes and had to change fuel injectors recently, but it’s never left me stranded (like the Bimmers did!). I’ve put about 35k miles on it and think I will continue to enjoy it for some time. Just a great all around car and amazing value.

Noticed some of the reviews on here for Rollit motors are not good. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and we only have good things to say. We worked with Jaime the two times he was great honest, available and offered great customer service. The two vehicles purchased are still in perfect conditions. I highly recommend.

My Honda Accord is going to be one of my favorite cars. It is very reliable and spacious. Ever since I purchased it it never gave me problems.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

EX coupe, I4 engine, 5 speed manual transmission Bought this car used, traded in a Subaru Forester for it. Had about 125k ish on the odometer when purchased, coming up on 143k now with absolutely zero issues. Had to get the tire sensors replaced and a remote made for it, but I haven't had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Hondas are reliable to a fault, even more so with regular maintenance. I only run Chevron or Shell fuel, and Mobil 1 super synthetic oil to keep things clean. The computer lets me go up to 7k miles between changes! Good thing for me because this is my daily all around the state driver. Sound system is incredible stock, with an 8 inch shallow throw sub in the rear deck. As usual, Honda is known for great power trains, but a fairly cheap interior. No big unless you're looking for a luxury vehicle! Road noise is pretty average for a Honda, can be loud if you're used to Toyota or Chevy. Suspension is a little stiff and clumsy, but again, reliable. Don't expect to take this car off-road unless you want it to complain the entire way 😂 All in all, this is probably the best car I have owned to date. Sporty, stylish, and almost bulletproof. Going to give her a good tune up soon and I plan to have her for years to come!

We bought our 2007 Honda Accord as a CPO car in 2010 and have had it for 13 years now. It has the V6 engine, which we found to be very reliable; the engine has never needed a repair. The automatic transmission has also been trouble-free. This is the fastest car I've owned - almost too fast for us now that we're older. Like the 2004 Accord sedan we also owned until recently, this car has been a wonderful value. We have 137,800 miles on the car now, and I really think it will last at least that many more.

Getting a new car at Arrowhead Honda is a pleasant experience, the sales staff work hard to get you the best deal. But I am ver disappointed I recommend a new customer almost a year ago, they had a $100 referral incentive which till today, I haven’t received. I questioned myself why they have such promotions when they don’t comply with the customers. They are just deceiving us the customers for bringing them new customers, that’s no fair. Please be careful when referring a friend or relative to Arrowhead Honda. They are just a false promise.

I like my car: Works reliably, drove long distances without any problem. After 5 years, LED lighting stopped shining, but Honda Service replaced it, re-extending the warranty. Thanks, Bradley.

Victor Ou was very straight forward about what could be done. The process was very quick compared to other new vehicle purchases at other dealerships. The GM Jin Lee went above and beyond to get me in the 2022 TLX Type S Performance. Alina in finance was also very quick and efficient with the documents.

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!
