I think Auto Wholesale is a smart business model for selling cars. First of all , the owner finds top notch cars and prices them reasonably. There is no sales pressure at all. As a matter of fact , I got to the showroom late in the day and wasn???t intending on buying. After I test drone the car I decided I did want it, but didn???t have my checkbook. The salesman let me take the car home and I returned to pay him the next day. Talk about hassle free service. And I purchased an extended warranty for 2/3 less than what a big dealership in town was going to sell me. I???m very pleased with Auto Wholesale and will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs to purchase a car. Cannot comment on quality of work as have not had to have any work done on my new vehicle.
From the initial meeting with the service attendant, Samuel Weisman, on Saturday, December 1, my maintenance service was a pleasant and informative experience. Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. I appreciate having a service department that I can trust not to do unnecessary work and one that is diligent in maintaining my vehicle in peak driving condition. Many thanks.
The employees had been coming into a local hardware store I used to work at for years, always amazing and polite. I had kept them in the back of my mind to consider with my next purchase, and it paid off. The hurricane flooded my 08 Volvo and I was looking for another affordable luxury car with low mileage that would last. My fiance actually had known these guys for years as well and we purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper last month. 1 month later I'm still in love with the car and I can honestly say it was my 1st time buying a car without any anxiety! It was so smooth, the car I've been wanting for over 10 years and the environment didn't feel anything like a used car dealership. I've recommended them several times over the past month and will continue to do so!

We have had two excellent car-buying experiences at Auto Wholesale. Prices are always posted so there is no haggling. Employees are honest, upfront, and personable. We had to bring our 2 year-old along and they were patient and friendly every step of the way. They make the process so easy and seamless, taking care of every detail and following through on their outstanding customer service even after the purchase. I recommend buying a car from here simply because of the positive experience and atmosphere. The customer service is worlds better than any other dealership we went to. Shopped for and ultimately purchased a Toyota Sienna XLE from Bruce Cavanaugh Automart. From time we walked onto the lot we were treated in a friendly and helpful manner. Vehicle we identified from their web listing was exactly as described and in extremely clean condition. UItimately met and closed sale with Bruce Cavanaugh who was very personable and helpful in negotiating the final sale price and terms. Our experience with the sales and finance/closing staff was uniformly excellent. Best used car buying experience in my 50+ years of purchasing and leasing personal vehicles.
We have purchased two cars for my grandson from them - the second after someone broadsided/totalled the first one. We went right back, and my grandson drove off in his second car. Everyone we have worked with - and I don't know all their names - have been friendly, knowledgeable, and cared about what would best meet my grandson's needs/interests. Truly great folks!

My recent purchase of a 2018 Highlander was the fourth car I have bought from them. The reasons I keep coming back are: excellent inventory of late model cars, great prices, and most importantly, friendly and fair buying experience.
I bought a 2006 Mercedes that had some problem a few days after the purchase . The warranty company did not want to cover the problems. Baucom stepped up and called the warranty company. After a couple of days the warranty company called to let me know that they would cover the problems. Thanks!!!
I traveled almost 2 hours to test drive a vehicle I saw on Cars.com. Thanks to GPS it was very easy to find the dealership. I was very impressed with the quality of cars they had available. I requested a test drive (via email) and was met by a friendly salesman (Jamie) who was helpful but not at all "pushy". I didn't buy the car I went up to test drive, but found and bought a dream car instead. They found me necessary financing which was also a great experience (Hanover Financial Services) and took care of all tax/registration details for me (in SC).
I haven't enjoyed driving this much in years!
Every sales rep was very knowledgeable and caring of all the customers that came in. I worked with Bryant and Jeff to find the car the I really wanted even though I was very indecisive. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone.
