He also addressed the issue I had re: the non-mandatory dent protection service which I was told I had to have anyways and was charged $499 for. He stepped up and is refunding the $499 while still covering this service for me. After much research, we decided to replace our Lexus with a new Genesis and Holler Genesis had the best selection. Our salesman, Justin Shadron was just super to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional in explaining the features of the 6 models we were initially considering. When we narrowed it down to 3 vehicles, Justin spent 4 hours with us over two days extensively test driving our candidates. He was thoroughly familiar with technical operating features of each vehicle which greatly facilitated making our final selection. We never felt pressured in the slightest and Justin actually made our two visits fun.
The actual purchase process was painless. Each vehicle was clearly marked with the discounted price which was better than we were expecting. Edmund calculated our trade-in value in less than 20 minutes and explained in detail how it was determined. We were pleasantly surprised with their offer. Patrick in the finance office was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly prepared all the paperwork and explained everything to our satisfaction. He came up with a financing package that delighted us. The whole process took about an hour and we walked out with a new G80 Sport.
In summary, it was the best car buying experience we ever had. The Holler staff was very personable and were wonderful to interface with. We highly recommend this dealership.
I needed a car after my car broke down and it wasn't worth the cost to fix. I dealt with Chris at the Tavares location. Price was an important issue in my case and Chris made a suggestion about one of the cars on the lot. I searched all their cars online overnight and read all the Carfax records for all of them. I ended up with the same opinion about which car I thought seemed like the best deal in my price range. I appreciated that he pointed me to that particular vehicle as he could easily have pointed me to something else. I would do business with them again.
