Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Bought a new Accord from John Eagle Honda, and have never had a better dealership experience! Everyone was incredibly nice, and helpful. Usually I get irritated when shopping for a car, but JEH made the process a breeze!!!
Robert Doolittle provided an excellent sales and service experience for us with our purchase of a new Pilot. Most impressively, he got us out the door as quickly as he could on the day of purchase/delivery because we had 2 young children with us and the visit went past lunch time. He then followed up by driving to our home the following business day to spend time orienting us to all the vehicle settingx and features. He has been in constant contact to answer questions and concerns during this first week. We love the vehicle as well as the service he has provided.
I bought my car from John Eagle in July and had a great experience, but it was my recent service visit that brings me to this site. Four months after purchase, I encountered some road debris and lost two tires. Thanks to the great John Eagle warranty, I was covered for a tow and complete fix. Unfortunately, the Honda dealer closest to the incident was NOT John Eagle. There was a problem with the tires and the dealer wanted to do nothing to address the problem-except charge me to fix it. I went to the folks at John Eagle and everyone I encountered wanted to and eventually did work with me to make it right. It was not easy and it was not cheap to them, but they did what the other dealer would not do-they made it right. Thanks to technician Jessie Eskind & Service Director Shawn Smith in particular for renewing my faith in customer service in America. THANK YOU!
Our family has been buying new cars from the Gillman family since 1959. They are an outstanding dealership with knowledgeable employees. I purchased a Honda CR-V last night, and my buying experience could not have gone any better. James Mollere was friendly and helpful; and Doug Sanders was a pleasure with do business with. Gillman Honda gave me a fair trade-in amount; and the new car was priced competitively. I'm happy to do business with the good folks at Gillman.
Went in to buy a used car after it was listed on cars.com. The salesman was prompt and easy to work with. One thing I did not like was that when he brought out the price sheet there was a mark up called MVA, although I negotiated that. But I would have expected that to be mentioned in the listing and not try to tack it on once I am in the door, it seemed sneaky to me. Also they tried to low ball me on the trade-in (which I understand all dealers do), but eventually gave me what I wanted. Overall I drove away a happy customer.
(by T. McCreight) Honda Salesman Gary Rucks' salesmanship was awesome, knowledgeable, patient. I purchased my second Honda Accord with ease on 05/05/17 due to his EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. No hassles. No promises unmet. He presented options well and paid attention to what I wanted. I can be a pain when it comes to buying cars, but Mr. Rucks made the car-buying experience comfortable and genuine. Also, I received a good value for my '09 Honda Accord. Finance Agent, Mohammed Rafiei, was also exceptional. I have no complaints whatsoever.
For the record, this is my third NEW car purchase from Gillman - Pontiac, Mitsubishi and now Honda - and each time I have been thoroughly satisfied.
