Went n bought a new carfrom parkville heritage Honda. Bought from Gary. Cannot say enough about the buying process. They really are as quick and efficient as possible. Do not try to upsell you, listen to you needs. This is our third car we?ve bought from Gary. He remembers your name your family, gives you his cell, wonderful, helped me program my phone to my new car. But the finance guy was awesome too. I?m sorry I can?t remember the names. Put in an inquiry on a Tuesday and in one short phone call Stan had answered all of my questions and given me an opportunity to secure my desired vehicle with a refundable deposit. Came in two days later to sign paperwork and drive away with my car. No high pressure sales pitch, no upsells, I got the streamlined and transparent process I asked for when we talked on the phone. Overall it was easier and faster than I expected without feeling rushed.
