This is the most amazing vehicle I have owned. If there is something else to be desired I don't know what it is. Great looks, Great mileage, Great reliability, Great NAV and Sound System and Great ride. My only constructive criticism is the chrome in the interior console often causes glare. The authsetics are not worth the nuisance of having to cover the chrome to block the glare.
Service manager Shania is always informative, polite, and professional. Service is always completed as promised.
Beautiful, reliable and economical.

Even though I’ve owned luxury cars in the past, my Honda Accord fits all my needs and has the same high-end feel. I opted for the touring edition with leather seats and all the ’bells and whistles’. I commute 60+ miles per day so the fuel economy is definitely a plus. My only complaint is that the rear seats do fold down to create space for large loads.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
So far, so good.

This is my 4th Honda car as their cars have been reliable. I have owned my 2017 Hybrid EX model for over a year. My biggest pros and cons are as below:
1. Stylish (prefer the design on the 2017 model over the 2018 model).
2. Good amount of power for a hybrid car (has about 205 hp, certainly beats a Prius).
3. Pretty gas efficient. I usually average about 39 mpg combined but do note that I drive at 80 mph on the highway. I was averaging about 42 when I drove 70 mph on the highway for several weeks. If you drive 60 mph or less, I am pretty confident you will average 45 or more mpg (as long as you don't drive recklessly).
4. Reliable so far. Have not had any issues yet. Unsure how JD powers gave it a 2.5/5 reliability rating.
5. Very quiet when you are in EV mode.
1. The acceleration noise can be pretty loud. Some people may like this but I personally don't think it should sound that loud when I am accelerating from 0-60 mph with moderate pressure on the gas pedal.
2. One minor quirk about the interior design is the dual middle monitors. I feel that it is redundant and one monitor would have sufficed. Also, the lack of a manual volume control is a bit inconvenient (although you can just use the volume control on the steering wheel). Overall, although the exterior design of the 2017 is better, the 2018 interior design beats the 2017's.
3. Inability to pull down the passenger's back seats. This has been modified on the 2018's model as the battery is now underneath the seats.
I had such a great experience purchasing a car from this dealer! It was such an easy car shopping process. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
I did purchase the vehicle and feel pleased.

It is too soon for me to make a firm judgement since I have only owned the car for about 18 hours. I travel 100+ miles each day for my work, so I will have plenty of time to become acquainted with my new vehicle. My one hour drive home was exhilarating. I traded my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe that did very well by me. Learning the technology in the new car will be fun. Just reaching to take a key out of the ignition (which isn't there) will take a while! It is too soon for me to answer the next question, so I have chosen "No" due to lack of adequate time to determine this answer.
I bought this car used 7 months ago and it had 80,000 miles on it. For being an 11 year old car, it has done great for my needs. I have put 15,000 miles on it in the last 7 months. I do the preventive maintenance for the miles and oil changes on it regularly. Gas mileage is approximately 33 miles a gallon on the interstate 25 in town. I don't often see this model on the road. I am surprised they did not continue making them.
This car have hybrid battery problem and time to time force to drive ahead without accelerating might be hit other car in rear coz hybrid charging battery left door lock not working so many time but strong body and powerful engine gas consumption is like regular Accord IMA always problem if u don’t drive
so I went in to look at a green 98 civic ex coup. website says they open @ 11am on a Sunday, I got there and waited around for about 25mins. I was about to leave but they showed up. I asked to see the civic and Ronny took me strait to it. the listing pictures looked soo much better, the outside of the car was really dirty and it had A LOT more paint fade than the original pics. Ronny started it for me and it sounded good. I asked about some finance options and he said they may not finance such a low amount but I could not confirm that because their finance guy is off on Sunday, WTH! I looked at a 06 Honda civic ex 4dr and test drove it. Car was off alignment just a tad but I know its a used car and it wont be perfect (for the Price) I brought everything to apply for financing but since the person who handles that was off, I did not leave with a car. I ended up buying a 04 civic lx for $2700 cash so I cant rate the buying experience. ill need a car for my wife in a few months so I may return, Ronny was helpful and assisted me as much as he could. Thanks Ronny!

I have purchased several cars from cars.com over the years and they have never disappointed me. The sellers are always super reliable and trustworthy. I love cars.com because it connects me to real people, selling well-kept? cars.
Good service and attentive staff. The computer system was down, so it took longer than expected to get the service started. Happy construction is finally completed.

This is the first hybrid that I have owned and I am highly pleased with its ease of handling, performance, comfort, and reliability. I still have a 2008 Nissan Versa but will not own another gasoline-only vehicle.
Vasny and Beverly were a great help and great sales rep. They were able and willing to work with me and able to work out a great deal. They have been very attentive even after the purchase of vehicle. Great experience

The interior and trunk are very spacious. Passengers in the front and back both have plenty of room at the same time-leg room, shoulder room, and head room. I drive for Uber and Lyft and have received many compliments on the interior quality and the trunk roominess. I love the Adaptive Cruise Control. I drove 30 miles in rush hour traffic and didn't touch the brakes once. For Uber/Lyft drivers, the huge screen in the middle of the dash is a bonus! My driver apps use Google maps that send mapping and directions to the big Honda screen. I love it!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
MPG Not as advertised

It's a nice looking, nice driving car with good tech. Honda advertises 47 mpg overall. Well, that's just a joke, it turns out. Even though my commute involves little stop and go, and I drive in econ mode mostly, over 4250 miles my average is 36.9 mpg. In the cold weather recently, last 300 miles, less than 35 mpg. Not bad, you say? Well, that's no different than the base model. Additional issues: the ECU failed and stranded me after just 4 weeks. 9 days in the shop. It now started making a loud roar for a few seconds at 52-53 mph when it's cold. The lumbar support has failed. So...what should be a nice car, isn't. If you're after gas mileage, our 2018 Toyota camry hybrid gets 44.4 overall - way better than the Accord, and no engine/equipment failures. I'd go with the Camry if I were you.
So happy with owning a Honda, big thanks to Darrell pork for going out his way to make sure me and my family got a reliable car!

Excellent vehicle, less than 25,000 miles. Has more than satisfied our needs for fuel economy, comfort and performance. USB port convenient for connecting either a mobile phone, iPod, or MP3 player. Dealership maintained with typical Honda reliability.
