Hands down the best dealer in the tri-state area???not just of the Mazdas???but of all car dealers! The most friendliest and inviting staff, not a slimy, nor pushy, car slinger in sight! From the sales team, to the managers, all the way through paperwork, it was really one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. And I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan who might be my new favorite person???even outside of car sales! Very knowledgable, informative, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for his customers. (And deserving of so much respect!! Inside joke!) My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.
I drove all the way from Westchester County to LIC to buy a car from this dealership after the Mitsubishi in the Bronx told me they couldn't help me. After a couple of hours the entire staff had me driving away with a new car and the price I was happy with paying. The staff was amazing and very cordial.

The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!

This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.

Any time anyone I know needs car, I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their cars are exceptionally clean and in mint condition. They are honest, reliable and run a great dealership. Customer service was excellent. I went there in the morning around 1145am and was able to drive home my car around 2pm. They were serious and was ready to work with me of any deposit amount I had. Car2sell is recommendable.
I found a great car -The Forte - for a really amazing price on a 3 year lease. It has everything you want and the monthly payments are lower than comparable vehicles at other dealerships of conpetitors.
The process was good, they know about their business but you gotta be careful in all the fees and expenses that are not disclosed at first. They tried to help you whatever is your situation but just don't feel pressure to take a rush decision
We just purchased our second Subaru from Julian Gill at Westchester Subaru (we've owned 3 total). He's a gentleman and a true professional. First, we looked at the inventory on their easy-to-use website, which includes prices. Called Julian and he guided us thru the options. He does all the work for you! Our new Forester was ready at specified time and we had a positive experience with their finance professional. A great car from a great sales associate at a great dealership, and at a very reasonable price. In addition, I've been using their service department for about 20 years. It too, is run very professionally.
Through the process of searching for a vehicle, I had become very disheartened and disappointed in the experience. That is, until I met Joe from DeCozen Jeep Dodge. He was respectful of my time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took an experience that I had started to dislike more than the dentist and made it fun and pleasant.
