Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I just want to reach out. Me and my husband came in to have are Honda Accord serviced and I was greeted by a young man name Logan. From the second Logan saw us pull up he started walking toward the car with a smile on are face. The way Logan greeted us at our service appointment is beyond explainable. He told me that he only believes in doing what needs to be done to the car and never recommends something with out knowing that it needs to be done. He earned mine as well as my husbands trust more then any service guy ever has. To follow all of these great things Logan then came into the waiting room where we were sitting and brought me as well as my husband a bottle of water and a bag of popcorn and sat down right next to us. Me and my husband both looked at each other and did not know what to say. Logan sat there and talked to us for over 15 min about how much he appriates are services and that he truly wants his customers to have trust in him. He told me that if there is ever anything I have a question about or just need advise that I can call his personal phone and that I am never a bothered and followed by pulling a buisness card out with his number. I will only have my car serviced by Logan from here on out. Even if that means I have a different brand car. Me nor my husband have ever met such a kind young man.

Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
This is our second time working with Kevin Hall and we wouldn???t dream of going somewhere else! Kevin is the best guy to know in the car business. He???s knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He waited through all our hand-wringing, answered all of our questions, and led us to the perfect choice! Hanging out with Kevin is more like chatting with a friend while driving super nice cars. If you ever drop his name to anyone at the local dealerships, they???ll all be quick to say he???s the nicest guy around! We quite agree.
We do not live near this dealership and went to one closer to home initially. Our experience at Bommarito was leaps and bounds better and we LOVED Kyle Garcia! We didn???t deal with the negotiation game/spend all day at the dealership like we had at other places and the perks from Bommarito just can???t be beat! We have a 10 mo so time is precious! Kyle even bought us dinner while we filled out our final paperwork (and not as a final pitch.... he knew it was a done deal!). Working with Kyle did not feel adversarial as our other experiences had been. It was like working with a friend! We would send anyone to him and will definitely be back in a few years when we???re ready to trade our other vehicle!
This was my second purchase here and it was the best experience i have ever had by a new car of any other dealer. Craig was our salesman and he made the process a breeze could not ask for better service. Will be back the next time i purchase a vehicle.
Purchased 2018 Honda Pilot. Plenty of room for traveling with my grand kids and golf clubs. The vehicle has become very useful on several occasions for moving items that were too big for a trunk of a sedan.
I went in to just look and expected some ???salesman??? to try to pressure me into purchasing that day. That???s when I met Milan. Told him up front that I wasn???t ready to purchase. He gave me all the information I needed. He asked me to buy, but didn???t pressure when I said I wasn???t ready again. I have, of course, been to other dealerships in my search. But I will be going back to Bommarito Honda to see Milan. Best service by far!

He went the extra mile to make sure some extra things concerning an aftermarket stereo was taken out and returned to me from my trade in. No wait with finance and they were straight forward. Willing to do what it takes to put a car deal together for someone with so-so credit. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Will be back if my local Honda dealer doesn't have what I am looking for next time!!
