I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

I have bought several Honda vehicles over the years from a dealership in North Carolina. I moved back to Minnesota and decided to purchase a 2018 Honda CRV EX. Natasha was my sales representative. Out of all my experiences over the years, Natasha was the only one to explain all aspects of the new car I was buying, from basic operations to the complex options in the vehicle. I was vary satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge. Knowing that I can go to her with any question and get it answered is very comforting.

the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
From calling in to book an appointment, entering the service bay, checking in with the service rep, waiting in the customer lounge and finally, checking out - Richfield Bloomington Honda provides consistently good customer service and quality car service. Always a pleasure!
Service has excellent each time I stop. I am always kept informed of what needs to be done. I was also able to get work done even though I did not have an appointment. Service was a big reason for buying a Honda.
I had a recall scheduled for my Honda Pilot my service advisor Dan Welsch took care of me. He kept me posted with progress while I waited, informed me of some concerns found with my vehicle and was available to answer all my questions thoroughly without making me feel I was forced to make any decisions on repairs that I wasn’t yet ready to make. They were flexible with getting me in right away when I returned and I was able to work from my laptop in the lobby with their WiFi and complimentary coffee while I waited.

I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I was initially looking at Honda Civics from Walser while also planning on looking at used Toyota Corollas. Dan Husbands did an excellent job showing me all my options. He even drove with us all the way to the Toyota dealership to look at Corollas and back to my house to for us to get the old car I wanted to trade in.
