I have always bought Hondas. I have owned three Accords and now I own a Civic. They are the best cars and they last forever. I like the feel of driving a Honda. It is low to the ground and I feel I have a lot of control when driving.
I was in the Chesapeake VA area for two days to get a car in preparation to move from NYC, and Tim made the experience quick, easy and hassle free. He gave smart advice on insurance, and connected me with his local Geico insurance while I was test driving the vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, and I would recommend Carlotz for the next automobile purchase.

I love my Honda Civic from Hall Honda Virginia Beach! It is comfortable, looks great, drives well, and has great gas mileage. I have had no issues with the car and the dealership has been awesome with routine maintenance and any other questions I have had. I get compliments on my car all the time and I wouldn’t pick a different one!
I went in for appointment at 9:15 for an oil change. They came back and told me that I needed tires and rear brake pads. I said ok. I didn't leave till 3 PM.
Most reliable and awesome car that I have owned !

Honda civic EX-L is a powerful, reliable, comfortable, stylish car with multiple handy features. I drove cross country with the second biggest size U haul trailer attached to it. I drove through the midwest and through mountains, Civic had enough power to pull through... not a single problem in almost four years that I have owned. Only thing that I did not like was that , you pay Honda for everytime you service the car. And the only other annoying part was a company that wanted to sell me warranty for my Honda till this date... all things considered I am a Honda customer for life now.
Terry was very professional and he explained things to me in a precise way without me feeling pressured. I would defintely have my car serviced in the same location.
Fabulous car for the money. Best new car I owned.

Great mileage. CVT transmission with ECO mode enabled - I get 40 mpg combined hwy/off hwy. Very quiet - my passengers think it is electric, the engine noise is that low. Quiet road sounds as well. Very reliable, 70k+ miles and only one serpentine belt replaced outside of normal engine/trans lubes ,brake fluids. Great get up and go - drives like a comfortable sports car. SE model with fabric seats - no complaints here. Hands free w/BT works great. I have the 6" touch screen w/side/rear cameras - very nice. Well balanced, great handling. No I was not paid to write this and yes I have really owned it from new and put all the miles on it myself.
Your service tech (Roy) was actually interested enough in the problem I noted to take the time to do a test drive with me so he could be sure he understood my concern. It was obvious his goal was to fix it, not pass it off as a non-issue. Service writers were also professional and took the time to work with me.
Right out the gate he was amazing! Approached us with a welcoming smile and listened to our exact wants and needs in a vehicle. To be honest I lost all hope in finding a vehicle but he made it possible to get exactly what I wanted!
One of the best cars for the money.

This car is great on gas, performs well for a commuter car, and is very reliable. CVT is great and helps you save gas. My next car will mostly be a Civic.
Excellent selection and offers. Was looking for a chevy tahoe and or a suburban . Staff was very informitive and professional. Didnt seem sharky like most used dealerships.

I like this car, love the color, like the style of the car; only own manual transmission vehicles, and I feel like this Honda does not have quite the get up and go that my previous Celica had (manual tran); it is a very cute/pretty car, however. I do feel that the computer causes more financial strain than is necessary; constantly getting a glitch, which if I have to take to dealer to fix, can become expensive.
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. Thank you Mike and all the other wonderful people that handled my services, I appreciate you.
We had a great experience today purchasing a new Honda Odyssey at Casey Honda. Joe Bolton was knowledgeable and professional as our salesman. He provided information and answered all of our questions. It was because of Joe that we followed through with this transaction. He was friendly, easy and comfortable in his work. The car is small but a great car for a good price drive smooth and love that it has a camra the workers wer nice and friendly
the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
