I had a great and professional salesperson name Thomas Robinson. Due to my crazy schedule, he was very accommodating. We communicated primarily by email. I told him the car I was looking for and he listened closely and had one delivered to the dealership.
Go to Honda of Troy and ask for Thomas Tom Robinson.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
Wonderful experience working with SC John Ashcraft, he was so through, and cared greatly right to the end to do all that would make me a satisfied customer. I felt he was there for me every step in getting EXACTLY what I wanted and what would delight me in my day to day experience both with the car and car buying experience. I felt utterly comfortable and had several requests that were all met and carried out thanks also to Mike the SM and Don S. in finance. This is my 5th car bought from this dealership and I will be at Tamaroff for another, as they NEVER disappoint ! They really are different from most in the way that they take the time, make the effort to both fit and fulfill your needs. I am HAPPY AND CONFIDENT when I say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and working with John for an unforgettable experience! Thank you Tamaroff for being so much more than a dealership, but rather a place that people comfortably navigate your best car with ease!
It was my first time buying a car and overall, the experience was great! I wanted a specific car model and the dealer was so friendly and informative. If I ever need another car in the future, I know who to go to!
James helped us buy my husband a 2017 Honda Accord on very short notice after his old car was hit and totaled. We showed up after a long day of car hunting about 15 minutes before they closed (which would normally frustrate an employee trying to get home at the end of the day), but James was very kind and accommodating and took the time to show us each vehicle we were interested in. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience at Page Honda!
I am a UDM student and got a flat tire on the way to school. I had a tow that dropped my car off overnight and my tires were done by 3 pm the next day (in time to get to my exam). Cliff and Morris were God sends and so hopeful (and my, were they patient with me). So appreciative of Ferndale Honda and getting me back on the road. Will be coming here for years to come.
Rick Jones was awesome. I was able to trade my current 2011 CRV and upgrade to a 2016 CRV all on one day. He provided helpful insight toward my purchase and made sure I understood my NEW CAR from A to Z. I am recommending his services to my sister and anyone else when it comes to finding a used or new Honda purchase. Thanks Ferndale Honda, you are forever my first and only choice when it comes to an automobile purchase.
I recently bought a used Accord out of state and brought it to Page Honda for a service issue. The service department intake process was excellent and they even had a courtesy shuttle van to take me home.
I did not have Page Honda complete the repair. I feel like the service department purposely priced the repair service far too high to be affordable - probably because they didn't have any technicians who were capable of executing the repair on my car.
I did take my car to a local independant repair center, and they were able to finish the repair quickly and for a much more reasonable cost. In fact, the repair was completed for less than 1/2 the cost quoted by the Page Honda service department.
I believe that Page Honda was basically not interested in doing this repair work simply because my very low mileage car is over 10 years old. I believe they have an unwritten policy of not accepting service work on cars they deem to be "too old" so their strategy is to price the service at a ridiculously high amount to force you to go elsewhere.
The service work I needed was for a clutch replacement. They quoted me $1,765.00. I had the repair completed at a local transmission shop for only $735.00. The new clutch operates perfectly and took the same amount of time to repair as the Honda dealer was estimating.
Truthfully, I was looking forward to having the service completed at an official Honda service center as I am always suspicious of the quality of work performed at independent service shops. Due to this service issue, I probably won't be returning to Page Honda for service.
