I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
Post warranty issue was handled by Service manager Rich. I received great help on taking my car problem all the way up to Mazda headquarters. So Mazda agreed to cover 2/3 for replacement of a very costly part and associated labor! Great Experience!

I looked at several different dealers within about 50 miles of Ann Arbor. Germain was the first one I went to and they set a high standard to follow in terms of selection and customer service, and their prices are competitive (I know that sounds like a generic bot comment, but it’s true). After test driving many compact SUVs I ultimately came back to purchase the first CR-V I drove at Germain. I loved working with Luis. He got me a purchase price within my budget (for a vehicle with fewer miles than I expected) and negotiated an APR that I’m very happy with. I will highly recommend Germain and Luis to anyone I know looking for a car.
James helped us buy my husband a 2017 Honda Accord on very short notice after his old car was hit and totaled. We showed up after a long day of car hunting about 15 minutes before they closed (which would normally frustrate an employee trying to get home at the end of the day), but James was very kind and accommodating and took the time to show us each vehicle we were interested in. I am a UDM student and got a flat tire on the way to school. I had a tow that dropped my car off overnight and my tires were done by 3 pm the next day (in time to get to my exam). Cliff and Morris were God sends and so hopeful (and my, were they patient with me). So appreciative of Ferndale Honda and getting me back on the road. Will be coming here for years to come.
Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
