After driving over an hour to get to the dealership to look at the one ellusive truck, I was not disappointed. The dealership is well laid out and easy to find. Dave and Carol were friendly and extremely low pressure. The experience was one of the best I've had (and I don't throw praise lightly). Thank you two for a wonderful truck and superb experience!
Harrisonburg Honda understands what REAL customer service means. The staff at this location is exceptional from top to bottom and I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle. I had purchased my second Honda from them, (used), and within three weeks it was inoperable. They tried to fix it several times for free. When I spoke with the sales manager, Eric Blosser, about my concerns I was told that I should choose another vehicle. There was no argument, no excuses were given. I was provided a rental car gratis and they took care of everything that needed to be done for a smooth transition to another vehicle. Derek Good, Antonio Rodriguez, and Matt Bentel all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. In todays day and age of combative customer service it was a shock to receive such good care. If you want to be treated like a customer should be treated, I recommend going to Harrisonburg Honda. They will go above and beyond!
It was my first time coming to Harrisonburg Honda and I was looking outside at the new 2017 Honda CR-V's. My goal was to pick a safe vehicle with more technology than my Civic had. I also needed the vehicle to contain more storage. When Nathan came outside as I was looking at the various CR-V's on the lot, He was very polite and listened to my questions about the vehicle. He informed me that my best deal would be on a 2016 CR-V and I took advantage. The last detail was working with the finance manager who was very helpful and did an excellent job of explaining all the forms.
I traveled 4 1/2 hours from NC to look at a Suburban for my church. It was the best find within several hundred miles. It ended up being better than expected. The dealer was very easy to talk with and very upfront. I was so happy with my treatment that I drove up 2 days later and bought a car for myself. I took it to a master mechanic. He looked it over and said, "There's nothing wrong with it". And it was an incredible price! I was really surprised by the nice cars on this little lot. The dealer really knows how to buy vehicles, which took the hard work out of my search. My favorite part of the experience was how obvious it was that the salesman had nothing to hide and meant what he said. Thank you Iconic!!!
I was looking for a vehicle that was not on their lot but they told me they would help me locate exactly what I wanted. I received regular progress reports until at last the vehicle I wanted was located about 2 weeks later. The 2 fellows (and there are only two as of this writing) who work at Iconic are quite friendly, very knowledgeable, and not in the least bit pushy. It was obvious to me that they are true car aficionados who love what they are doing. I felt that they really wanted me to be 100% happy and they went so far as to point out the tiny flaws with the vehicle that they had noticed. I don't think they could have treated a favorite relative any better than I was treated and I VERY HIGHLY recommend Iconic Motor Car Company to everyone seeking a great car buying experience. If they don't have it for you they will find it!
