When purchased I traveled 2500 miles a month for work. The gas mileage on the road of 44 plus miles was a big selling point. It rides nice and steers easy. Wish it was a hatchback as that gives you more trunk space.
This folks took good care of my car very quickly! I had a battery issue and was back on the road with the hour! Will definitely use them again!

This car has good looking, and driving experience is also very good. There are too major draw back: the first is that I can hear too much noise, especially on bad roads, the other is that it's not very comfortable in the car, too much jolt.
Lee Hunt was the staff person that took care of our needs. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He went over the features of the CR-V that we were interested in to ensure that we would be comfortable with when we test drove it. He show us how the features we were interested in worked. Nick Ferriola

The tenth generation civic (2016-2019) is everything I want in a new car. They are made with the driver and passengers in mind and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
Buying a new car this time wasn't near as bad as it was 13 years ago. We didn't feel as pressured this time and the staff seemed to want to bend over backwards to get us in a new car. You can tell it's a friendly place as the staff are smiling and enjoying each other.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
The staff members with whom we worked at First Texas Honda are very knowledgeable and friendly and made every effort to ensure that we were getting the vehicle that best suited our needs.
