Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.

I traded a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze for 2016 Honda Civic. There is a vast difference between the two cars and Dealerships. I love Hendrick’s Honda and my 2016 Honda Civic 💯

Had a really good experience at Berkeley Ford. Mark was my salesman and the sales manager was Stanley. Both id a fantastic job getting me more than i could ask for. every one there was very nice and professional. I've visited most dealerships in Charleston, and this one was by far the best customer experience. It felt like a family bushiness, not a large dealership.

This car, in this level, has outstanding exterior, and as usual very reliable. The shortcoming I want to address is the noise isolation, it's very noisy in high way.
Excellent Job selling us our new car. Perry helped us on every step to select our car and understand all the features. He was thorough and courteous. He went above and beyond since my husband was ill. He was very helpful.

When purchased I traveled 2500 miles a month for work. The gas mileage on the road of 44 plus miles was a big selling point. It rides nice and steers easy. Wish it was a hatchback as that gives you more trunk space.
I have taken my Honda vehicles to Hendrick Honda for service and repairs for several years. On November 26, 2018, I took my 2017 Honda there for its 15,000-mile servicing, wheel alignment, and wash/cleaning. As usual, service was efficient, prompt and thorough. In addition, the Hendrick waiting/showroom provides comfortable seating, television and hot drinks.

This car is everything I want. Looks good, handles great, fun to drive, great gas mileage. It is very comfortable.
Beautiful color and style.
Ample leg room.
Overall, the dealership is good. The last several times I have had my car serviced, there have either been problems with the service not being done completely, i.e., not resetting the reminders, not clearing the tire warning indicator light, etc. Additionally, the dealership is beginning to lot not well care for. Snack area was dirty. And while a free cup of coffee is a wonderful and nice offer, the coffee itself has got to be the worst I ever drink, and I like coffee. Some work needs to be done to bring the dealership back up to par. And just a small thing, but the service rep kept referring to me as 'bud.'

This car has good looking, and driving experience is also very good. There are too major draw back: the first is that I can hear too much noise, especially on bad roads, the other is that it's not very comfortable in the car, too much jolt.
Hendrick Honda does a superb job! I purchased my 2010 Element there back in February, 2013 and have brought my vehicle back in for servicing there every time since(including car washes). They do a very fine job, do it right the first time, are courteous and very professional. The facilities are terrific and the coffee is excellent!:)

The tenth generation civic (2016-2019) is everything I want in a new car. They are made with the driver and passengers in mind and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.
