I purchased a 2017 Escape SE and it was the best experience I ever had when purchasing a car. My sales lady Taylor was the best, she had everything ready for me. All I had to do was come sign the papers n pay down payment. The car was washed and full of gas ready for me. Thanks Planet Ford and Taylor. I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask

I purchased my 2018 Honda Accord here and I have to say , it was a pleasant experience. My salesperson Brayan Vasquez was very friendly , laid back and most of all , he never pressured me into anything. Highly recommend this dealership
I was there during my lunch for some repairs to get done. I was supposed to get a rental car and it took me almost 2 hrs to get one. I was very very upset, but thanks to the sales manager Ammar Sheikh that saw my frustration on my face, he was the only one that seems to be concerned about my issue. I try to talk to the service manager, but he said that he was too busy to talk to me. That was very rude of him to say that, when I know that he was not busy at all. I just wanted to say that you should have more friendly staff like Ammar Sheikh working there in your company. Also, Mr. Rene was very nice to me.

Service was wonderful and quick and I was kept informed of all that was done. Darnell quickly took care of everything I requested to be done, checked for all additional needed maintenance and notified me of the cost. Very happy with his assistance and the dealership

Even after viewing the Honda Pilot Touring model at several Houston dealerships, and test-driving the vehicle at least twice before, Joshua was the first to provide such a thorough demonstration of its capabilities -- making me much more comfortable in my decision to purchase this SUV. Even though I was reluctant to trade in my much-loved Buick, I left feeling more than satisfied with my purchase and above all, like a member of their Honda family. Thanks also to TJ in the Finance Department for working to get me the best interest rate possible, and to the GM for coming out and thanking me for my time and purchase. I have already told friends and family that they should strongly consider Honda Clear Lake for their future vehicle needs!
