Neil Hartman Honda in Clarksville provided the best deal available from three local dealers. Tavis Brown was the salesman I dealt with when I came to look at the vehicle. He had sold me Accord I traded in back in 2014. Online I dealt with a salesman name Yusel but he was not available when I came in to see the car. Everyone at the dealership was nice and the buying process was fairly painless. Tavis went through all the features on the vehicle to make sure I understood what they were and how they worked. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I bought a nice almost new convertible and have been enjoying it all summer long. Here is why: VALUE: The vehicle was priced competitively making it hard to resit when compared to similar vehicles. THE VEHICLE: Even though it was prominently noted that the vehicle had a branded title, the dealer mentioned upfront once again to ensure that I am aware and fully understood what this meant. This made me feel that the owner had nothing to hide and actually wanted to ensure that I have all my concerns addressed. Nonetheless, I took the vehicle to the local authorized dealer to an independent inspection. The evaluation had no remarks nor anything new that Cobra Motors would not have told me already. THE DEALER: I plan on coming back for another vehicle as I was impressed by the buying experience I had the first time. For example, I was from out of town so the dealer worked around my schedule to accommodate me in test driving the vehicle without putting any pressure to buy it on the spot. I ended up buying the vehicle a few days later after convincing myself that I wouldn't find anything better of a value.
That being said, Omer and his family is pleasure to work with. They are easy to reach and I felt comfortable before I even met them in person. That is real customer service. Thank you, Cobra Motors. I have been recommending Cobra Motors to my friends in Chicago.
I walked into Jeff Wyler weary after a poor experience at another local Honda dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the laid back atmosphere! I walked in looking for a nice used car and left with a brand new car! David was great to work with and respected my budget all while taking the time to compare numbers on multiple cars. As fate would have it, there was a reason I found Honda World and Eric E. Having been in a wreck that left my car totaled (no injuries) I was in the market for a new car with no idea of what to get. Eric was kind and patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I looked at cars for days all over the city and wanted to purchase from Honda World solely on the salesperson and his commitment and dedication to doing a fine job. I applaud Eric and the kindness and honesty he demonstrates, not only as a salesman, but clearly the way he lives his life. You see, I eventually realized that the reason Eric looked familiar to me was because he was a Good Samaritan who stopped at my wreck the week before to check on the Parties involved and offer assistance. The unfortunate end to the story is that I didn???t end up with a Honda because of the time crunch I was in...but I will always remember that Eric was the best salesperson we have ever worked with! We were experiencing a weird rolling noise up front whenever the car was moving, but it was definitely not an engine noise. This had happened just as we had changed our tires for new ones. At the local Big O Tires they told me that a wheel rim was at fault and we changed it. But the noise continued. So we went to Honda World and Mike discovered that a wheel beariing was to blame for it. Further he established tht this was a warranty covered repair. I am now very happy because no more noise.
My service rep -Nick was awesome! He greeted me immediately, was personable , not loud or overbearing. He didn???t pressure me I to any of my services. I was out quickly . He kept me updated on all parts of my service. He was excellent
