This car is perfect for me it’s a six speed manual and the turbo is fun and responsive. My only qualm is that the door handles inside are fabric, does not make well for long term wear. It cleans well but I’m worried as it gets older it won’t look as nice.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Carvana. At first we were a little reluctant, after all, how can you possibly buy a car online? Since my husband and I work opposite shifts, the day or two we do have together we didn't want to spend in a dealership. We took the plunge and bought the car from Carvana. Just want to mention, I’ve always wanted a civic and finally was able to purchase one, and my expectations were not very high considering my previous vehicle was a Jeep Compass. I’ve only had it a month but my only issue I have with this car is the seats. The passenger seat is uncomfortable and can not be adjusted. I had to buy risers for it. That and the steering wheel can not be adjusted either. The acceleration is great, gas mileage- I’m a rough driver and average 35-38mpg, I drive 500 miles a week, and usually put a total of $40 in it and will last me a week and a half. Trunk has plenty of space, back seat is spacious. Lots of storage in the car itself too. Very happy with it so far. Have driven it in ice, snow, and rain and i think it handled great, for not being the 4 wheel drive I was used to.

I took my Lexus ES 350 in for maintenance for the first time at Sterling McCall Lexus. I must say, initially I was displeased in knowing that I was not going to be offered a loaner for the time that my car was being serviced. My back story is that I purchased my car from Sewell Lexus in Dallas. This is actually my second purchase from Sewell Lexus, and each time my car was taken for service, no matter what you were offered a loaner. Well my service advisor, Justin Page, was very considerate of my concerns and my time and offered unparalleled service by offering me a loaner vehicle. I was very appreciative as I did not have the time to wait 2 1/2 hours after working over night and with multiple errands to run.

Good experience at Westside, I just want to complain about the receptionist at the front, not Billy, he is very nice, is the 2 girls at the appointment desk , she got my wrong telephone number and said I didn’t schedule for service, I told her if I didn’t schedule, I won’t have come, she found my correct phone number and schedule my appointment without mentioning about your awesome service that you have individual Advisor , she just didn’t care, she shouldn’t be doing customer service , fortunately, my wife saw Billy at the front , he helped us introducing us to Wilber Escobar , my name is Say Chee, I was there at around 10:35am Friday 7/1/22
