Great service and selection at Southern Oregon Subaru. Ben helped me get started before I made the trip from the coast; Bob finished the deal with prompt and kind service. They were both easy to talk with and seemed very knowledgable about subarus. They went out of their way to find me the right car and loan. Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.

No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.
