Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

Patrick was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC!! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient! We had so many questions that he answered and we drove many vehicles before finding the right one! He did it all with a smile! We would go again to this Lexus and ask for him specifically!!

Once again, I had the pleasure of being serviced at AutoNation Honda Hollywood. Yesterday my battery died. My neighbor gave me a jump start and I drove to Honda. When I got there the person who greeted me outside said, I'm sorry but the shop is closing and we are not taking any more jobs today. I told him the situation and asked if Endie was there. He told me he no longer works there. I asked if Kevin was there and he said yes. I got out of my car and told him please do not turn the car off. As always, Kevin treated me like family. Purchased a 2026 Honda Passport and 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid. Did everything over the phone. Just drove in to pick up cars and sign paperwork. The guys from sales and finance were great. I had purchased back in 2010 a new Pilot and remembered what a great place it was back then. Has not changed!
