New and used 2025 Honda Civic for sale near Terrell Hills, TX

Richard was knowledgeable, helpful & professional. I trust Fernandez Honda to service my 2013 Honda Accord. I have bought a 2005 Honda Civic from Fernandez Honda before. I expressed to them that I would definitely buy from them again.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Carole Tindall was my sales professional representative. She was outside in front of the dealership welcoming customers She approached me, asked me what I was looking for. She really listened to me! I was on a mission to find a specific vehicle. She showed me several cars with that description. She was very diligent to help me find my perfect car. She worked with me and worked with me very hard to satisfy and please me. I appreciate her explaining and showing me all the features of the car and did not let me leave the lot until I felt comfortable driving it home. Thank-you Gillman staff for being so personable. Pleasant waiting rooms. Complimentary coffee. Inspection revealed areas of interest for future service consideration. Service Advisor was friendly and attentive. Service received was well priced.

Took about 2-1/2 hours. No appointments for routine service. Done in time promised and while my wife waited. However, they called me to let me know the vehicle was ready because they didn't know she was in the waiting room.

It took a little too much time and effort to get in contact with your service department through the telephone it took 5 calls to get through.
