The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance.

Purchased the 2026 civic sport driven 150 miles. It does great in gas mileage. The options are pretty basic . Manual underseat adjuster for more or less foot room. The pump action for the seat to rise . The Apple CarPlay has to be hardwired using USB-C orherwise it’s Bluetooth connects wirelessly. Comfortable ride. Smooth .

The vehicle is a smooth, somewhat sporty ride. If you are used to sports cars already then it will likely not excite you, but it is a pleasant feeling compared to the fullsize sedans I am used to. I am 5'11", and find myself sometimes feeling a bit cramped when I get in or out, but it is not claustrophobic. I think they could stand to lower the price a little, but compared to its fellows in the segment (Corolla and Sentra, which I have sat in and driven), it definitely does feel like more of a luxurious car. I think they could have allowed the LX trim to be a low-mid level trim rather than the base trim, as they could definitely have skimped a bit on some features and still had an excellent car with a more competitive price.

Rusty Wallis is the way to go! Went in just to look and walked out with a brand new car with the help of LUCIANO who is a great salesman. He really took the time and considered staying within our budget ! Couldn’t be more happier with our purchase thank you to Luciano and management for the help!

We had an issue with our windshield that Safelite was unable or unwilling to resolve after over 6 months of trying. The Honda dealership did the necessary repairs and resolved the issue.

They gave me the most honesty and of most respected and made me feel as if I was getting treated fairly. I traded in my 2022 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E last in August 2022 not because of any problems with, I loved the truck !!!. It was one of the greatest vehicles I’ve ever owned. In fact. I drove it through a Louisiana/Texas tornado all the way through Texas to Carlsbad Caverns, NM and back to West Palm Beach without any issues at all. The only reason I traded it in was because it was a bit on the small side when it was full of gear and my grandkids too. When I saw the 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport in Red online. I stopped in and spoke with Mimoh Khan and Pete Colombo. I was leasing my Ridgeline but the guys at Ed Morse helped make it affordable for me to turn in my lease early and were actually able to find us a very “rare at the time” Red 2023 Odyssey Sport” We were able to pick it up on September 1, 2022 (10 days early) We took our new Odyssey on a 4500 trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near Ste Saint Marie in November and drove through a snowstorm. (We discovered how well that “Snow” button on the dash works) We were getting 28-31 mpg on our trip too. Our Odyssey rode like a cloud down the highway and the sensors could pick out animals like deer, wolves, coyotes, bears and large birds before we even notice them which really helped with our peace of mind. As of writing this review our Odyssey has 9,549 miles on it. The only issue we have had was the trim around the windshield right over the driver has popped off a few times and has had to be fixed, other than that just it’s first maintenance at 8,206 miles. We are in this for the long haul. My granddaughters have nicknamed our Odyssey “Rudolph”
