Purchased the 2026 civic sport driven 150 miles. It does great in gas mileage. The options are pretty basic . Manual underseat adjuster for more or less foot room. The pump action for the seat to rise . The Apple CarPlay has to be hardwired using USB-C orherwise it’s Bluetooth connects wirelessly. Comfortable ride. Smooth .

I went for an oil change. I had an appointment and they took my car right away. I waited in the lobby for about an hour. Coffee was amazing! I got a text when my car was done. I love that they took a video and sent it to me so I could see what my car looked like.

The vehicle is a smooth, somewhat sporty ride. If you are used to sports cars already then it will likely not excite you, but it is a pleasant feeling compared to the fullsize sedans I am used to. I am 5'11", and find myself sometimes feeling a bit cramped when I get in or out, but it is not claustrophobic. I think they could stand to lower the price a little, but compared to its fellows in the segment (Corolla and Sentra, which I have sat in and driven), it definitely does feel like more of a luxurious car. I think they could have allowed the LX trim to be a low-mid level trim rather than the base trim, as they could definitely have skimped a bit on some features and still had an excellent car with a more competitive price.

I drove from Peotone to Morton Grove to view a particular car I saw on their website. My sales consultant, Svyat, was very nice, down to earth and knowledgeable. Service Department is outstanding. I was traveling alone from Fort Worth to Houston and thought I needed a new battery. The service department checked everything 5 times, showed me how to reset everything, and got me off on my way in less than an hour at no charge. Such patience and concern!

I came to Honda of Fort Myers to look at a vehicle and was kindly introduce to Travis. He truly was a wonderful salesman to work with. He took his time and povided great knowledge and support without putting pressure to buy. He made sure to walk me through the process best as possible. That being said. Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.

I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. On the following Friday evening I reached back out to Aaron to see if he had a different model in inventory. Turned he did and offered me a better deal than the dealership in Phoenix.I decided to go back to Fausto and Aaron the next day on Saturday 15th of November. It was a pleasant, friendly and accommodation experience from the start. They were straightforward and seemed truly motivated to help me. I was able to test drive the two cars to help me make my decision. The process was smooth and fast. Meeting with the fiance rep Vincent was also very professional, transparent and enjoyable. Vincent understand how much this car meant to my life and really did a great job in closing down the deal and making things happen. This car is life changing for me. It allows me to get to my job, take car of my family and life. Vincent, Aaron and Fasuto did a fabulous job from first contact to driving out the lot.
