Of all the cars I have owned in my life, My 2015 Honda Civic is most reliable. It is a great ride, comfortable, and good looking! I have no complaints about this vehicle. I hope to drive it for years to come and gift it to one of my grandchildren when my time is up.

First car purchase in 18 years. I was amazed by tech and thought that went into this car. It's actually fun to drive. I was looking for a mid size when I found the Civic.

I came in for an oil change and alignment. Since the process includes a check on my car’s components, I was told that I should replace my spark plugs since my car is older and I still had the original ones from when I purchased the car. I was also told that one of my tires has a slash in it and should be replaced. I wouldn’t have known that except for the all points inspection done by Toyota.

Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

Just another visit to Schaumburg Honda for an oil change. Mr. Vito P. was pleasant and provided excellent explanations when asked. Made recommendations to future services that are also detailed in the inspection report. This service department never disappoints.

This is a great car for commuting. Excellent gas mileage of 39+MPG on the highway (without traffic). You can't go wrong with the reliability and affordability of a Honda. Getting a safe car under $30K is becoming increasing difficult in 2023. I only wish it came in AWD! Are listening engineers. not everyone wants to drive a CR-V.

Great car, definitely a step up from the previous generation. Interior looks amazing, seats are comfortable, and car handles like a dream. After almost a year of ownership I have had absolutely no problems with it, but that is something to be expected of Honda.

Bobby was excellent to work with. Very responsive and resourceful throughout my experience. He helped me organize everything from the loan application, which rebate to choose, the best way to go about accessories, and even helped me understand the best ways to ship the vehicle to California. He was also very generous enough to video chat to show me the truck when it arrived and even took extensive photos/videos for me before being loaded. He even negotiated with the driver to put my vehicle right behind the cab, so it had less chance of getting hit by rocks or other debris. You would be crazy not to work with these folks. Midwestern hospitality at its finest!

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I was handed the keys for a test drive, and was told to take my time and drive it as much as needed to check everything out...which I did. We briefly discussed the price. I told Him I'd think about it and call after New Years Day. No pressure, none...to close a deal then and there. I returned on 1/02/23 and not only bought that car, but ended up trading in my 2018 BMW for what I consider a very fair price. The trade-in, was a bit of a spur of the moment decision on my part, and these kinds of transactions can become a confusing "fun with numbers" exercise. Not so in this case. Chad was very straightforward and transparent throughout. I felt confident that I was working with a completely honest, and capable professional from start to finish. We agreed on a final price, and the deal was made. The paperwork part of these transactions often seem to take forever. I think I was in and out in under 2 hours from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off...With my new (used) car...! I highly recommend Oswego Motors. I believe they are a committed and discerning group of professionals who have a great collection of high quality cars selected to meet the demands of the marketplace. Perfect little car. Just changed the oil every 5,000 miles, did the rear struts, and put on two new sets of tires in the five years I owned it. My son did jam the key in the frozen door lock, and we had to replace that. 166,000 miles and my mechanic says it's absolutely fine.

Reliable car I'm 6ft 3 inches tall and fit decently in the car. This little thing handled the snow okay and the car has good gas mileage paid 8k for it with 48 thousand miles on it. Takes long trips good only thing I've noticed is the vibration due to the motor mounts that's about it over very reliable

Great car for those who look for a vehicle which is low cost to buy, fuel, and maintain; all while being comfortable, spacious and fast enough for most people's needs. Owning one for several years, it's not indestructible, but problems can be caught well in advance if you know something feels off.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

this is my first honda civic ex 1.8L this is the best engine size for this model made.all hondas are great,this car is comfortable inside drive beautifully and i had cars from audi’s to bmw to hondas and this 2013 civic ex drive great.it has 219k on it now because thru cov19 i was driving alot and i change belts battery tires motor mounts and this car drive like is brand new.

Was looking for a good fuel efficient car because of my long work commute. This car has been outstanding with the performance and fuel mileage. Extremely glad I purchased it. Beautiful interior, has all the creature comforts I was looking for in an upgraded car. Could be a little bigger but, there are trade offs. Better fuel mileage for a little smaller car, that packs a punch when you need a quick pick up and go!

I've had my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback sport for a couple of years now. I bought it used with low mileage and had it looked over by my mechanic and the only issue was the AC wasn't working. Had the dealer fix it and it's been working fine. This would be my 2nd Honda and love it!
