Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

By far the cleanest and nicest looking used cars in Orlando. The dealer is very honest and upfront, very friendly customer service. I can tell they put a lot of work into their cars and make sure they run good and have no issues. Prices are not even comparable to other lots and every car has the price written on the windshield so you know they're not playing games with you. I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My experience with the Classic Honda dealership is great. They gave me a service cost and time before looking at the car. They only took around an hour for repairs. They also went over what they did with my car after completing the service.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Sunday November 23, 2025 I arrived at the Coggin Honda of Orlando on Central FL Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail with a hesitancy of being harassed by multiple car sales man and all of their ?Pitching? tactics and slogans. That was far from what actually happened. A gentleman by the name of Mark introduced himself to me and asked me if I was here to see someone specific or looking for a particular car. I proceeded to tell him that I came to test drive the Used 2021 Tesla Model Y they had online. He immediately went and grabbed the key; asked me for my drivers license and next thing you know the Tesla was out front ready for the test drive. Keep in mind, this is my very first EV purchase and it?s been over 15 years since I brought a car. I knew I was going to buy the car from this location the minute we returned from the test drive. I had previously test drove two Model Y?s at another location three days before and didn?t feel as comfortable when I stepped back into the showroom. Two hours later I was signing paperwork to purchase the vehicle. I want to first thank Mr. Mark for his amazing professionalism and the kind demeanor within his approach which part of what sold the deal. Of course, we were able to hit the important numbers I needed to make the deal happen as well. There was not too much back and forth in regards to push back. He even went above and beyond to help me find an insurance company for the car. I end up saving $75 per month in comparison to the insurance I already had. Overall Mark, thank you. Now, Mr. Edgar took over from there; I?m guessing he is the individual that helps you transition from understanding all of the other aspects like CarFax, Trade-In Value, Previous Owner any particulars about the specific car that your buying. Edgar also gave me a step-by-step run down on how to charge my vehicle as well. If I ever want to purchase another vehicle in the future, you best believe I will open doors at that Coggin Honda of Orlando. It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

We have always gone to Holler Honda to care for our Hondas and have always gotten a fair estimate along with recommendations for timely repairs. We take their recommendations under consideration and if it is something we can do ourselves we buy the parts and do them at home. This visit was no exception. Holler performed the service and included a recall that was pending for quite sometime. Along with this service I had reported a nagging problem I was having with apple carplay and our Hondas. In the past I have just mentioned I was having the issue and was looking for advice but this time I needed it documented because I had reported it to hondaamerica. When I picked up my car, carplay was reported fixed by rebooting the infotainment system. At that time I was warned to always use an apple certified cable to connect carplay. Carplay worked until that evening when we went out for dinner. My phone would not connect. I repeated Holler's recommendation to reboot infotainment and I also got a new apple approved cable at the apple store. Neither solution fixed the problem. What did fix the problem was the realization that even though my phone was plugged into our honda ridgeline, it was also interacting with our other car in the driveway and would not connect with the honda. When I made an adjustment to the settings in carplay on the phone it immediately connected to the honda and now works without issue. When I reported this to Holler they agreed to give me a service credit to use in the future. We are satisfied, as usual.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.
