I had a great and professional salesperson name Thomas Robinson. Due to my crazy schedule, he was very accommodating. We communicated primarily by email. I told him the car I was looking for and he listened closely and had one delivered to the dealership.

Ended up not buying the car, but only because my son didn't like the color.
Pleased with seller that let us go test drive on highway and offered us to have car inspected at our mechanic.
I will be coming back here in the future for sure.
This dealership is almost an hour from me. I had already dealt with two other local dealerships prior. One was patient in helping me figure out which car I wanted but never gave me a price, even after waiting 2 weeks and checking in with them multiple times. The next dealership, I walked in and had just sat in the chair. The salesman started speaking in slang and said he was going to be “Blunt” and that “I probably couldn’t afford a new car,” even though I lease all of my vehicles. I was upset and had never been spoken to that way before. However, I didn’t make a scene, I just quietly left.
I did some research for the exact color scheme I wanted. I found that Snethkamp had that vehicle along with other color options. I put in an internet request to Snethkamp and let them know that I wanted to know my estimated numbers over the phone . I wasn’t interested in driving 45 mins just to have them play games like the other dealerships did.
The person I spoke with was awesome and connected me with JT (John Thomas). He was very kind and patient. They got me into the new car I wanted the same night and even got my payments lower than my previous vehicle.
Their facility isn’t the fanciest, but when you are treated with respect and dignity, that’s priceless
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

When I found this car on the web I didn’t relize at first it was 2 1/2 hours (150 miles) away... I called and talked to Enzo — asked if they deliver and was Leary on purchasing a car unseen. So he FaceTimed me showed me the car inside and out! He worked with me to get the price closer to what I was looking for..Enzo was so easy to work with! Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
