Great overall experience. I had been looking for months for the perfect car. Found it at here but I live in Atlanta. Called and talked with Tirso who offered to shoot a video for me to review the car was good (no check engine light, smooth transmission shifts, good tires and breaks, ect.) I drove eight hours to see the car and Tirso said he would fix the items I noticed during the test drive that needed to be addresses (seat switch bad and remove tint from windshield) + MORE items Tirso had noticed that I missed (tint on drivers windows was faded and needed replacing and the leather seats needed a few touch ups.) So I bought the car. Tirso then had it shipped to my house and I have loved driving it for months now. Tirso went the extra mile to make this a very satisfying used car purchase from a dealer out of town and I am sure he would do the same for you. Thank you Tirso for my 2009 CLS 63.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

This is a great car for commuting. Excellent gas mileage of 39+MPG on the highway (without traffic). You can't go wrong with the reliability and affordability of a Honda. Getting a safe car under $30K is becoming increasing difficult in 2023. I only wish it came in AWD! Are listening engineers. not everyone wants to drive a CR-V.

He isn’t your typical service guy, he goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is great and your car is perfect. He also has a great sense of humor and is extremely personable.

I love this car. Easy to drive and looks fantastic. The back seats are kind of cramped, but I love having a hatchback. I love the features. I don’t like the automatic braking that much because it turns on randomly and slows down in the middle of driving. My battery died once in the cold and I had to get a new one. Honda dealership service sucks a lot. The paint on the car is cheap and chips off randomly.

I went on Saturday, December 3, 2022, to get a oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Rav 4. While waiting outside, I spoke with Daniel Ffriend, Sales Representative, who was was very professional and knowledgeable about trading in my existing car for a new one. this is my first honda civic ex 1.8L this is the best engine size for this model made.all hondas are great,this car is comfortable inside drive beautifully and i had cars from audi’s to bmw to hondas and this 2013 civic ex drive great.it has 219k on it now because thru cov19 i was driving alot and i change belts battery tires motor mounts and this car drive like is brand new.

This car is perfect for me it’s a six speed manual and the turbo is fun and responsive. My only qualm is that the door handles inside are fabric, does not make well for long term wear. It cleans well but I’m worried as it gets older it won’t look as nice.

On 1-11-2023 I walked in Ferman Chevrolet and explained what I was looking for and Roland showed me right away. We took a test drive of the 2023 Chevy Blazer and I had to have it. Roland and Dominick were amazing. Very professional and personable. They took the time to make sure everything was in order from the warranties to uploading the Chevy app on my phone! The process was smooth and they answered all my questions.It was a great experience and would recommend them both!! Note: There was a super tall gentleman that helped with the financing also, but his name has slipped my Mind!

First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

I recently bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid from these folks. Prior to that, a whole host of things went wrong with a prior car I tried to buy from them. I would be lying if I said the process was smooth. But that was beyond their control in almost all cases (weird situation), and in the end they absolutely did right by me. They made it right. I don't mind if businesses have a service lapse, particularly if it's beyond their control. It's inevitable in any business. The test of their character is whether they go out of their way to make it right and I can honestly say these folks did.

This car met my needs and it satisfy me as an owner of a new car. It makes me happy having the best deal to buy this car.

Good prices, not a fancy operation. A bit hard to reach by phone and follow up was slow. Overall ok and low prices are worth it.

Honda Civic is very well known for there reliability reputation and resale value. These are definitely a fantastic car. I, don't have any problems with mine. I, purchased this car new, and I have been taking care of it to my best.

2016 civic transmission failure! Thought it may be covered by warranty, but no! Loss of this cost too much and disappointment to say the least!!!

From the reservation scheduling,to the arrival and check-in, and service Devin and the female agents (really think she was the same person - can't recall her name) were AMAZING! The service waiting area was comfortable, clean, smelled nice and well stocked on assorted drinks.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

The Manager of new Car sales is Dishonest and do not care at all about Disable Veterans or Seniors, regardless if he got family members in the Service, if it is true. Around 3 months ago we got to an agreement and he was not about to honor it, with the excuse of decrease in the market for used vehicles buy out. I was told by both ( salesman and Manager), that the worst it could happened is, that I get a better deal. That was not the case and he try to insult my Intelligence. As a College graduate and do not take that very LIGHTLY and as a Veteran even less. Is bad enough that they did not give me the $500 discount that APPEAR on the website. Veterans should always get a discount and that is not going to brake them, because is a Tax Deduction at the end of the year. So, I stop him right then and there and told him he was a lier, very dishonest and a man that do not have a Word or Integrity, so I was done. If it was not because of my salesman that a few years ago bought the last Highlander from him and he went and try to CONVINCE him, I would not buy the 2023 Sienna Hybrid XSE. AS A MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR THAT I WAS, FROM THE ARMED FORCES, I THINK HE SHOULD BE FIRE OR DEMOTED, IF YOU WANT ME TO COME BACK BEXT TIME, BECAUSE I CHANGED MY CARS LIKE EVERY 2 YEARS. EDDI CHAVEZ DID GREAT AND FOUGHT FOR US. THE OTHER PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE AND HAD TOLD THIS DEALER AND OTHERS, THAT WHEN I COME TO BUY A VEHICLE, I WANT THE MAX OUT THE DOIR PRICE FROM THE GET GO OR I WILL WALK OUT. I DO NOT LIKE THOSE GAMES AND I WAS A CAR SALESMAN IN CALI AND DID NOT LIKE WHEN THEY DID THAT TO MY POTENTIAL BUYERS. I FOUGHT FOR MY LATIN PEOPLE AND EVEN IF I LOST THE SALE AND THE COMMISION, I TOLD THEM TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER, SO THEY DO NOT TAKE THEM FOR FOOLS. FINANCE AT YOUR PLACE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO REASON THEY SHOULD ALSO xxxx YOU OFF, SPECIALLY IF YOU WERE TO WALK OUT AT FROM THE BEGGINING. I KNOW THEY WANT TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY, BUT NOT ON MY ACCOUNT. NO ONE FOOL ME WITH MATH, BECAUSE I WAS VERY GOOD IN MATH, WHEN IN COLLEGE AND WAS EVEN ACCEPTED to the ENGINEER SCHOOL. GIVE THE PERSON THE BEST FROM THE GET GO, INSTEAD OF MAKING ME GET MAD AND WALK OUT AND THEN OFFER ME CLOSE TO WHERE I WANTED TO BE, WHEN MY WIFE GIT AN SCORE OF 793 WITH EQUIFAX. I AN STILL NOT TO HAPPY WITH THE 4.9 OR THE EXTRA OVER PRICE 8K ON THE VEHICLE, MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE RIGHT PAYMENT AFTER THE 35K DOWN PAYMENT WITH MY PAYOFF HIGHLANDER 2019 SE, WITH 11K MILLAGE. I AM NOT TO GIVE 5 STAR TO THE DEALER, WHEN THE ONLY ONE THAT REALLY DESERVED IT, IS MY SALESMAN EDDIE CHAVEZ. FINACE GET A 4 STAR TOO, FOR PISSING ME OFF TOO. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS SUCK TOO.

We have two 2020 Civics, one is a Hatchback Sport, the other is a Coupe EX, both with the 1.5t/CVT. Combined mileage, 68,000 mi. MPG On the Coupe 39.6MPG with 50/50 city/rural. On the Hatch, 31MPG with 90% city (SoCal). Zero issues on the Coupe. One A/C (warranty) fail on the Hatch. Nothing else. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED!

Of all the cars I have owned in my life, My 2015 Honda Civic is most reliable. It is a great ride, comfortable, and good looking! I have no complaints about this vehicle. I hope to drive it for years to come and gift it to one of my grandchildren when my time is up.
