I purchased a used/resale 2012 Civic Hybrid three years ago at 87,000 miles. It has run perfectly, with no issues or problems whatsoever. The first owner had all Honda dealer required maintenance/service and we both have maintained the car well. It is fun to drive, comfortable, VERY economical and gets 44-48 mpg. It is a very quiet, smooth riding with a smooth-shifting automatic transmission. Excellent air-conditioning and heating, super safe with eight airbags in front. The 2012 Civic Hybrid has the "larger, improved 1.5 L gas engine and more powerful 17kw electric motor. It also has the longer-lasting ("10-15 yrs.") Lithium battery. Fill the 13.5 gal. gas tank and its range is 500 plus miles. The exterior paint and interior still look like new. No exterior paint issues, no CVT transmission issues and still looks and performs like new. It has a 160 watt stereo w/CD, Mp3, Blue-tooth, traction control and "econo" mode for even better gas mileage. Plenty of power and good acceleration. I recommend the 2012 year model Honda Civic Hybrid to all who want a well-built, safe, fun and economical car. I have enjoyed driving it and have not had any problems/issues whatsoever with this well-designed little car.

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. Had the car for a week. Fun to drive. I like the way the interior looks. The seats are a little stiff and no lumbar support, that’s why I gave 4 stars on comfort. Have been getting about 45 mpg combined.
