The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.

We had a very satisfying experience buying my new Honda Civic LX on Friday May 9. Going in, I knew - 1) exactly what I wanted (model, color) and 2) I knew what I did not want (warranty, maintenance packages etc). I was replacing a 2006 Civic. We were very pleased to work with Holly Abbassi. We told her what I wanted and she listened. I do understand that dealers want to add things, but I didn't want extras. Holly did not push us at all, and the dealer gave us a fair trade in amount. She made sure we were taken care of, helped me get my phone set up, got my new car ready to drive away. I had my crv recently serviced, bought new from Valley Honda last year, had a few issues and they all took care of it, when the initial work did not fix the problem, they gladly took it back, they offered me a loaner and even delivered the car back to my home once it was finished since I live about an hr away, they even inspected the brakes and found something wrong it and fixed that as well!
