I highly recommend Honda of Tenafly. As a lifelong Honda owner (Civic, Accord, CR-V, Pilot & Odyssey), I have interacted with many Honda dealerships over the past two decades. This was my first interaction with Honda of Tenafly and I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism conducted by my Sales and Leasing Consultant, Anna Marie Kuhn. Not only was she able to answer all my questions and provide me with a new 2019 Honda Pilot EX to replace my 2016 version, she was very patient with regard to ensuring I was able to understand all the functionality and customization of my new Pilot to ensure my driving experience was as turn-key as possible. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase and every question I asked was addressed with a direct answer. For these reasons I knew my business was not just desired but VALUED. Ultimately I look forward to being a Honda of Tenafly customer for many years to come!
Carlos was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for me. He really listens and takes interest to your needs rather than trying than trying to be an overbearing salesman. He's a must see as far as salesmen goes as my experiences of dealing with car dealerships was surprisingly pleasant. His determination to fulfill your needs and his compassion was a breath of fresh air.
I drove all the way from Westchester County to LIC to buy a car from this dealership after the Mitsubishi in the Bronx told me they couldn't help me. After a couple of hours the entire staff had me driving away with a new car and the price I was happy with paying. The staff was amazing and very cordial.

I've bought/leased many cars in the last 20 years but I have to say my sales guy Hitesh Sharma at Curry Honda made it one of the best experiences I've had. I walked in with my wife, 2 kids and 2 carseats looking to test drive a new Pilot and skip the normal 50+ questions you usually get first. Within 5 minutes the test drive started. Hitesh was very knowledgable in answering all of my wife's questions and even a few from my kids! After the test drive we did a quick walk of the lot so my wife could see different exterior colors. My wife and kids then decided they liked this car the best out of the 4 others we test drove that day. When we sat down to discuss lease numbers with Hitesh I told him I had a payment in mind. After about 15 minutes we agreed on the numbers and signed papers. To me, Hitesh stands out as a great sales person because he saw I wanted to spend as little time as possible there and have the process move very quickly if we were going to make a deal. He was very polite, great with my kids and being so knowledgable of the product saved us time from him having to go find out answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him in the future. I also want to mention, when we picked up the car we sat with the Finance Manager Jeff Laytin. This was also a great experience as there wasn't the typical "hard sell approach" to buy any accessories or warranties. We also didn't get surprised by any plus, plus plus to our COD payment that wasn't there when we made the deal the week before. Jeff also had a very pleasant personality and was respectful of our time.
North Shore Honda honored the TrueCar.com average price for the vehicle we were interested in, despite the fact we did not have the certified report from TrueCar. No haggling. No attempt to persuade us to buy more or different. No high pressure antics to take the car sooner rather than later. The only caveat we would add is that we were buying a Clarity PHEV which qualifies for a New York State rebate at the point of sale. Unbeknownst to us, the TrueCar.com price North Shore Honda honored included the rebate in the net sales price. We thought we would get the rebate AFTER we agreed on a sales price with North Shore Honda. All that being said, the price was still a good one, and North Shore Honda made the entire process as close to painless as possible. We liked that they accepted the down payment and the last few hundred dollars of the purchase price by credit card. Henry Neil was our salesman, and he was endlessly patient, answering all questions with full information and a good sense of humor.

I recently went to Curry Honda in Yorktown Heights on 11/10 with my son. He wanted to purchase a 2019 Honda Civic Type R and the sales associate, Hitesh Sharma, whom we had selected from the DealerRater.com web site had called us saying that a black 2019 Honda Civic Type R had just arrived was now in stock. We went up there to see it. Hitesh was very professional. No game playing, very straight forward in dealing with us. He introduced us to the General Sales Manager, John Mazzeo, who along with Hitesh worked out a deal with my son where they took our aging 2004 Toyota Matrix XR AWD in trade for the Civic Type R. Picked up the Civic Type R on 11/17. Ready as promised. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda. You might have to wait for a Civic Type R as dealerships don't get many in. However, regardless of what Honda vehicle you select, you will not be disappointed with the total professionalism of Hitesh Sharma and John Mazzeo. Also, would like to offer a "shout out" to Jeff Laytin, Business Manager. Jeff made the financial transaction run very smoothly. You will not be disappointed in your dealings with Jeff. Overall, a ???high five??? to the entire Curry Honda sales and business finance team.
My experience with Charlie Perna was superb. I didn???t want a hard sale and I didn???t think I was ready to buy...but his personable and knowledgeable presentation of the facts changed that. It was a non-stressful experience that ended with me leaving with a new CRV. Managers, office Staff and finance people were all polite and gave pertinent information. I went to this dealership looking to buy a CRV. Our salesman, Jose, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me pick a car. I wasn???t expecting to leave with a car the same day, but the whole process was fairly quick and painless. I drove off the lot with the car that day! I would definitely recommend the West Caldwell location if you???re looking for knowledgeable staff and efficient service.
Matt and Steve were great in helping me get into my new Honda. Most of the price talks were done online and while most dealerships lure you in and hit you with fees, tanefly did not. Everything was priced as discussed and they were transparent with everything.
