I contacted LeSueur regarding a Toyota Tacoma. I received a response from Kyle and promptly replied with the information I requested. the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
Our first impression of Kurt Marty was "no nonsense." Is addition he was courteous and informative about every question we had. Never once did he push or show any impatience. He was very professional at all times. He informed us of other options. His sale to us was followed up by a visit from Mr. Barr. He thanked us for using Mungenast for our purchase and offered to answer any questions. Jessica Mungenast then walked us through all our options for insurance and made the purchase very easy. Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
A week ago I had gone on-line and requested quotes from various dealerships, not knowing exactly what I wanted but there were things that were important to me. Saturday morning (at an appropriate time) Joe Reid called to find out how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he had a couple of models in mind for me to check out, so I told him I would meet him. Mind you I had a list of dealerships to visit and passed a couple on my way to meet with Joe, but I had made a commitment to meet him first. The car I was currently driving was 18 years old and in good condition, but I was ready for something new! My last experience with a dealership was about twelve years ago when my son was 16, and it was so horrible that I never wanted to go back.(That was in the east bay) Joe Reid was so nice and explained everything so well, that to be honest....I didn't want to go anywhere else. We went for a test drive in a model that suited my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something more than I needed or to commit to something that I really couldn't afford. Not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable, in fact every part of my buying experience went so well that I almost thought it too good to be true!! With-in a few hours I drove away in my brand new Hyundai Kona right off the show room floor!!! I love my new Kona and I would recommend Manly Hyundai to anyone whether they are buying their first car or their last. I also want to thank Hasan in financing for being so nice and understanding when it came to making sure I knew all the warrantees available to me and what I could afford. The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
We have bought at least 8 Hondas from Woodson Honda and have always been treated with friendliness and courtesy. The salesmen are helpful and work diligently to make us happy! The way we are treated is the reason we continue to go back. Honda is the brand we love and have never had any mechanical issues with our vehicles.
Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.
I just want to say today I had the best experience ever! My salesmen Greg hands down top notch! He was very professional, had lots of knowledge of the car he sold to me. Took the time to show me every assett of the vehicle. He made sure I was all set and my car was connected to all my gadgets! I give him 100% customer service hands down!
