I brought my car to the dealership after having some troubles with the car starting. I scheduled an appointment online with no problems and within 2 days of the problem. I was very nervous to bring the car in as I???ve never had a car under warranty. Jamie greeted me with with a smile and a very reassuring tone as I???m sure he could tell I was nervous. I was sent to lounge and only waited about 1.5 hours. Jamie came in and told me exactly what was done, what he would recommend gets done soon, along with estimates. My car was washed, vacuumed and heated up once I got back into it. While being reassured everything was covered by warranty, Jamie informed me there was a small problem with their system and that he couldn???t print anything at the moment. Jamie was quick to send me the printed documents to my email as well as sending it to my address. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with my trip and I feel like I will forever be a Hyundai driver. Give Jamie a raise, he deserves it!

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
As Brit’s new to the US we needed help navigating buying a new car. Morrie’s were fantastic through this process and helped us every step of the way. I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.
My husband and I were met by the sales staff and We were registered and met with Anthony. (What a great person) He did not push us into a purchase.
Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
Purchased 2018 Kia Sportage, safety system prevented a crash. I am sure that it , also, prevented great bodily harm to me....and that’s very good.

Barnett took it upon themselves to apply for a loan from a random bank without my permission when my original loan was rejected from my bank. The process started as them telling me there were rules for applying for car loans from banks. I only wanted $1,500 and they said minimum was $6,000. They did not know what they were doing. There also was a new rule at my bank that you could not take out a loan on an older car. Run. Stay away. Let them go bankrupt. Find an honest dealer.
Found a vehicle on Craigslist just last night. The price was great and we decided to go look at it today. We found their new location to be very nice as were Bart and Ryan. We went for a quick test drive and came back to ask about a trade in. They surveyed our vehicle and offered us a very fair price. We made a deal in no time at all. Bart drafted or paperwork and we were back on the road heading home in less than an hour. A very pleasant experience! Thanks Bart!
Andrew Weist was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. One of my biggest pet peeves are pushy salesman. Andrew was anything but that. He was helpful and patient. He seemed like he really wanted to help us figure our what we were looking for. Jeremy Young assisted us with the financing and was the perfect compliment to the level of service that Andrew started us off with. What a team! Jamie Kohn helped over the phone with some e-pricing and differences between models before we visited the dealership. She was very educational and friendly. I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
